Ok you guys officially suck at this location and need employees that read instead of gossiping and running their mouthes...2nd time in as many weeks ...ordered thru Uber this time and specifically asked for honey mustard and Italian dressing and mustard on the sandwich...and of course none of that...it was literally spelled out in the directions...I got to this firehouse all the time and their is always an issue ...last month the kid in there was so busy running his mouth to his co worker about gaming he messed up my sandwich 3 times ...I asked for no mayo and he literally put mayo on the sandwich 3 times to the point where I was like maybe you should focus on the sandwich instead of ur co worker....I mean its literally making a sandwich and following instructions ....I eat here like 5 to 6 times a month but im taking my business to Jimmy John's from now on this location sucks and yall need employees that can follow directions ...but that all starts from management ...cant stand it when a fool messes up my hard earned money on lunch again this...

She gave me a look.... Lol... And did not say a word. She then walked behind the counter to take my order... I said, again, hello. She replied... Uhhhnhhhnmm can I help you... With this I'm already closing, I wanna go home look... it's not like my order was going to take you very long time. It was just two sandwiches that I was going to order. Read moreKeeping a customer who has ALREADY PAID on hold for 25 MINUTES is crazyyy. I ordered a hook and ladder on my lunch break. I CALLED AHEAD OF TIME and am pretty sure I spoke with the manager. I politely asked if they could be mindful of the water from - I don’t even know where - from making my sandwich soggy. Got a soggy sub before and didn’t complain. Picked most of the bread off n just ate n i wanted to avoid that this time. THERE SHOULD BE NO REASON I PICK MY SANDWICH UP AND WATER LITERALLY SPILLS ONTO MY PLATE AND LAP. NO REASON THERE SHOULD BE A PUDDLE OF WATER UNDER THE SUB. I’m pretty pissed. Good money - wasted. So here’s my wish: when you spend your hard earned firehouse money on breakfast lunch or dinner I hope you have an equally disappointing experience. And I hope that when you try to reach out to resolve the matter, your precious time is wasted on hold by someone who could not care less about your business....
