I had purchased a pitcher from them for my Fightin' Texas Aggie Ring Dunk on Thursday 11/16. After pouring two beers into the pitcher Friday night, it just shattered. Just. Shattered.
After crying over spilt beer, I called Aggieland Outfitters Saturday morning explaining the situation, seeing if I could get an exchange. Omar, the worker on the phone, checked with the manager. Without hesitation, they affirmed that I could bring in my broken dreams (represented by the pitcher) with the receipt, and they could make a swap. This isn't in their return policy, but they did it anyways. 5/7 customer service. Or 10/10 for the wise people who aren't on the internet all the time instead of studying.
Now to prepare for my death tonight as I dunk in...

I couldn't ask for nicer people to work there. Even when things are busy during parents weekend, NSCs, or move in week, they are always willing to go out of their way to make you feel like an honored guest in Aggieland. The only issue is that I guess this service comes at a price. Everything in there is 10x more expensive than it needs to be. You'll pay an arm and a leg to get something that you could probably find elsewhere for cheaper, but because it's licensed "ATM" brand gear from the University's product licensing, it is super pricey.
