Came here for the first time with my wife and friends. We went into the shop and it was almost like a gas station, but surrounded with a bunch of tea beverage dispensers along with goodies and merchandise. They also sell other drinks off at the register from their LED menu. I ordered the Texas Chai and the Horchata coffee. Both were delicious. There are so many different varieties of tea flavors with creative names that you don't really know what you want. It's a great thing they provide sample cups for you to try them out. The Georgia Sweet Tea and Texas Chai were my favorites. They also sell tea by the gallon jugs oooor the 5 gallons jugs! My small cup was less than $1.60. Overall, definitely worth it. The staff are super friendly and fast. The parking is a little small and the drive thru is weirdly designed. No areas to chill at so don't expect to be hanging out unless it's at your vehicles.

Pure bliss. The peach cobbler tea sent my mind to the sunny shores of Georgia. Refreshing and o so flavorful. Don't even think, just go. Experience the nirvana of a thirst quenching tea. Visited the one in Waco and now this one. Never disappointed and only $7 for 2 big huge teas that make route 44 slushes at sonic look like kiddie cups. Even in the cold I will venture out to get this tea and in the future summers this place will be my temple. Delicious and mind calming. Once you read this, go and get some. It's worth it.

I love the tea and drinks here, but I will not be coming back to this location any more because employee Lilly is extremely rude and difficult every time I come in. It seems anything I try to order they are not allowed to do. Even though I'm willing to pay an upcharge. She goes out of her way to say no. Making a drink isn't rocket science, and I'm sure upper management would not be happy to hear she goes out of her way to make customers not want to come back.

I usually have no issues here and love the drinks, but the past few times I’ve come to this location I’ve run into the employee Lilly and she has been giving me attitude about my order every time. I have never had any issues with any other employee with my order, but every time she told me I couldn’t get it I asked if I could pay the difference or upcharge or literally just asking for any option to get the drink I wanted, but it’s like she was set on being right and telling me no. This most recent time she told me I would have to order my drink differently on the app after handing it to me even though my drink wasn’t made the right way. I live far from here and don’t get to come a lot, so it would’ve been nice if she was at least willing to help me by remaking the drink and charging me correctly or whatever needed to be done for me to get the right thing, instead she just acted passive aggressive and arrogant trying to get me out of the drive through and on my way.(and I’ve experienced this multiple times with this employee). I think it’s important to take pride in what you do and try to help keep paying and returning customers happy, instead of trying to hold some sort of power and being...

I came to this location today (05/21) around 3 PM for the first time, and unfortunately, it was a horrible experience from the start. The girl working the drive-through was extremely rude, unprofessional, and had a terrible attitude. She looked like she didn’t want to be there, messy curly hair, unkempt appearance, no smile, and zero customer service skills. When I politely asked questions about the menu, she laughed at me, I had to repeat myself three times and she gave me a sassy tone like I was the problem. Not only was she dismissive, but she also didn’t give me a receipt. Her whole vibe was negative and unwelcoming. It honestly felt like I was bothering her just by placing an order. I was really looking forward to trying this place, but after this experience, I won’t be coming back. If this is how they treat first-time customers, I can’t imagine how they treat others. I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone not friends, not family, not even strangers. One star is being generous. I work at costumer service and I would never treat a guest like that (employees like her need...
