Alright so I really never leave reviews on anything but I’ve been to a couple of different escape rooms now and to 21keys twice, and they are BY FAR my favorite and the best in my opinion. For so many reasons but mainly because of how immersive the experience is. Each room is like its own little world you step into and travel to a different time and/or place. The experience could not be more complete and when being in there for an hour it sometimes feels so realistic i find myself wondering how they do it or how long it took them to pull it all together then reminding myself to snap back in and get to work. I’ve done two of them at 21keys now, The Rival and Project Iceworm and they are so creative with the clues and how they set up locks and unlocking certain parts of the room but everything flows very nicely. I will say The Rival was my favorite just due to decor and the environment but neither was better or worse when it comes to clues or anything. Project Iceworm was definitely more difficult, as expected, but as long as you can use deductive reasoning and logical thinking both rooms flows pretty smoothly in my opinion. The staff is also very friendly and helpful, and my biggest praise which I know is pretty minimal, but i’ve had huge problems with at other places I’ve been to is everything works in the room, all the locks and keypads work perfectly, they use these fun battery powered little boards for writing which work fantastic, and best of all nobody comes in and out of the room while you’re trying to figure everything out. Those are the finer things that make them awesome, the big things i’ve already mentioned. I 100% will be back for more and did vote for them in the Gazette best of the...

My son and I took on two rooms at 21 Keys Escape Room, and let me just say—we now feel fully qualified to solve train heists and survive psychological experiments. Kind of.
Derailed was a thrill! Great adventure vibes, clever puzzles, and the kind of mystery that makes you feel like a brainiac one minute and a complete doofus the next. We managed to escape with the treasure, which technically makes us professional treasure hunters now. Pretty sure we’re wanted in several fictional countries.
Then came Escape the Asylum, and let’s just say… we did not. 😂 At one point, we were separated and I think we both questioned our life choices. The puzzles were wicked smart, the environment was unnervingly realistic, and honestly, I’m still not sure if we played a game or got legally admitted.
Britney, our game master, was an absolute delight! Sharp, attentive, and always popped in with a hint at just the right time—like a puzzle-solving guardian angel. Except real. (Probably.)
We laughed, we panicked, we debated reality—and we’ll definitely be back. Highly recommend 21 Keys for anyone looking to make memories and question their sanity in the best...
Read moreWe did Derailed as a 2 person group. The room itself was cool and engaging. Unfortunately we wasted a good 15 minutes right off the bat looking for a clue or key that wasn't there. They placed it incorrectly... We asked for about 3 or 4 hints before they finally realized they messed up and brought in the missing key and said "sorry about that, that's our bad." After which we were able to actually continue the room. I was already pretty bummed because it made me 2nd guess everything, but worse was that they didn't refund any of the time we wasted looking for a non existent key. A few minutes later we asked for another hint, which was revealed to be another mess up. This time we were at least able to solve the puzzle pretty quickly by process of elimination even though it was setup incorrectly. Again, the room itself was 5 stars. Unfortunately, due to human error, it completely ruined our experience. Not to mention the split second our time was up, they were in the room ready to kick us out. No leeway at all despite their mess ups...
Update: The owner provided a refund, which I appreciate. If I lived nearby I would try them again, unfortunately I was only there for a week...
