We are SO lucky to live this close to such a treasure. Not only is the dog park itself giant and gorgeous and full of exciting things for dogs (hills, bushes, a creek, and trails), but the general vibe is super friendly and welcoming, too. People do a decent job cleaning up after themselves and their dogs. Restrooms are on-site and a little spot to keep your dog while you do your business. There are picnic tables with shade for folks to take a break. There's an agility course for people with dogs different than my dog (who can barely keep from tripping over small piles of dirt).

Lately it has become a camping ground, bathing, vehicle repair, bathroom, and dump site for homeless and drug users. They camp overnight in the pull off places, leave there trash, human waste, needles and condoms right along the creek and road and let their dogs go free to roam. It's sad and toxic for the people who try to enjoy the area. WHY IS NOTHING BEING DONE ABOUT IT, I stopped going hiking there because I'm worried about my vehicle being broke into, not being able to park and how toxic...
