   Read moreWe attended our 1st mass at Holy Apostles Catholic Church on Easter Sunday. It was very crowded as Easter and Christmas' get, but the hospitality was very good. We have attended masses since and although there are less people, the clergy, parishioners and laity have been very welcoming and you feel genuine warmth and acceptance. The music has been very worshipful and the homilies have been spot on. It's nice to know that we have a new pastor so that we won't seem so new to him. LoL. Beautiful church with a great physical presence. You can see everyone in the church in the round a bout design. Wonderful aspects of the church include great visibility of the stations of the Cross as well as beautiful sanctuary that gives great focus to who we are as Christians. Keep up the great work in ministry, we will join you after the new car smell wears off of us. God bless us all in these...
   Read moreThis was my parish from 1994 to 2007 when I lived in Colorado Springs during that time. A truly great parish, and I thoroughly enjoyed being a member and attending Mass there. The priests were good and the parishioners were very friendly. I still love that place, and as I recall, the priest was an older fellow, and I wonder if he is still there. I just looked him up, and he was Father Paul Wicker. God bless him. I see that he has passed, and he was truly a great priest, and he always made me feel better after his homilies. Im so glad he lived a good, long life (83 years).In fact, I always felt better after Mass there every Saturday or Sunday. Our sister parish was in Sumy, Ukraine, as I recall.
