I recently had the pleasure of dining at Wok In Wok Out, a Chinese restaurant that left me thoroughly impressed. One of the standout dishes was their Orange Chicken, which was simply divine. The chicken was perfectly crispy on the outside, while the inside remained tender and succulent. The tangy and sweet orange glaze complemented the chicken beautifully, creating a harmonious blend of flavors that danced on my taste buds. Another highlight of the meal was the BBQ fried rice. This dish was a delightful medley of flavors and textures. The smoky and savory BBQ sauce elevated the fried rice to a whole new level, making it a standout amongst other Chinese restaurants. The combination of tender chunks of meat, crisp vegetables, and fluffy rice was truly satisfying. The Hot n Sour Soup was another winner. It had just the right balance of spiciness and tanginess, with generous portions of tofu, mushrooms, and bamboo shoots. Each spoonful was a burst of flavors that warmed me up from the inside out. It was the perfect appetizer to kickstart the meal. While the food at Wok In Wok Out impressed me, I was disappointed to learn that their Pork Buns were no longer on the menu. These buns were a favorite of mine and their absence was felt. However, the exceptional quality of the other dishes more than made up for it. Overall, my experience at Wok In Wok Out was exceptional. The Orange Chicken, BBQ fried rice, and Hot n Sour Soup were all outstanding in their own right, showcasing the skill and expertise of the chefs. I highly recommend this restaurant for anyone seeking an authentic and memorable Chinese dining experience.

We came here because I love Asian and one of my dining companions needed strict GF. When asked if they had a separate fryer for the Celiacs we were assured that there were and that they passed "the dog test". Apparently one of their regulars has a service dog that can sense gluten and senses none. The GF menu is extensive (see photos). The restaurant is clean and the staff friendly. I like that instead of bringing me a glass of water they brought us a glass of ice and a pitcher of water. Silverware & napkins were served in a cute little box. I'm not sure what kind of tea was ordered, but it came in an adorable little tea pot and she enjoyed every bit of it. Everything on the menu looked delicious and my gf companion and I chose to split a few items. Our other diner ordered pad Thai while we ordered a gf chicken and vegetable roll, lemon chicken, and chicken and vegetables. The GF egg roll was fried just like a regular one (apparently my pictures didn't come out). The sweet tasting sauce that came with it was very good. I would have preferred just veggies, but Susan really enjoyed it the way it was. The lemon chicken was just battered, deep fried, meat with a thick lemon sauce (quite tasty). My favorite was the chicken & vegetables. Michelle said she enjoyed her pad Thai.

The experience was terrible. When I dine somewhere I want it to be a pleasant dining experience. There was nothing given which created a pleasant dining experience. I ordered a dish which was supposed to come out in a bowl which would allow one to serve themselves a portion of the food. The server brought me a small portion of what I ordered on a plate. With a small amount of fried rice on the side. Just because I am by myself does not mean I should be served differently. Nor does it mean I should be served a smaller portion. The shrimp was lukewarm almost cool. The server was unpleasant. I was greeted with if you want to dine in you need to leave a tip. They talked about me in the kitchen regarding my order in a rude manner. I could hear them. When the waiter thought I was not leaving him a tip. He exclaimed loudly his thoughts on the matter so that I would be able to hear him which showed he did not value me as a customer of his establishment. A good business wants their customers to come back, to be lifelong customers. They show their appreciation to their customers by providing excellent service because their customer are buying their service and products. Their customers are showing they value the business by purchasing their service and products offered. It should not come down to the tip to define their customers. This business did not value their service and products as they should due to the response employees working there. It was a terrible dining experience. Poor attitude all around from the staff. I'm going to let all I know about this experience and that it is not worth their time...

I have eaten at this place for over 4 years and have enjoyed everything I've gotten and how convenient they are in location. I have received many deliveries from them up until a few weeks ago. They receive a 1 star review because of service lately. I don't know if it's under new ownership or what but it's terrible! Last time I ordered the delivery person couldn't find my place (I'm located right behind their store) and I got a call from the lady at the restaurant telling me that I didn't give good directions and it's my fault my food is late. Then the delivery woman shows up and she proceeds to tell me that "FYI you are not in our delivery zone so don't call for delivery next time". I argue that I'm literally 1 min walking distance from them and she says, "well I don't know I just got in trouble for delivering to you". She hands me my food which came to $27 and I give her two 20's. She asks me if I want change and gets all huffy when I say yes. Of course...a $13 tip for that service?!? No.

So tonight I call again to test their delivery issue and I'm told "Oh we don't deliver to you". I say, "I'm located right behind your restaurant, you don't deliver right behind you?" "No, you are not in our delivery zone". Unbelievable. So I called The New China Kitchen 1 street over and shockingly they will provide the same food and DELIVER!

Horrible customer service. Food is okay, but nothing overly special that would make me deal with this terrible service. I suggest taking your food order elsewhere and not furthering the bad service...
