The experience that I just had working with this dealership was second to none! I had sold my wife's car and was looking to purchase right away as she was driving a rental car. When I began my search late at night, I saw a car for sale and reached out. Emad responded immediately, and the customer service that I received from that point was outstanding. I explained my situation to him and had cash to purchase. The only issue was that the car was at the dealership in Columbus, and we live in Pittsburgh. Emad woke up early the next morning and, during a video call with me, did a walk-around of the vehicle. He was certain to show me every inch of the vehicle and any imperfections that he was aware of. Knowing that I was looking to purchase right away and understanding the challenge that I faced trying to arrange for my family of five to come see the vehicle, he offered to drive to Pittsburgh from Columbus! He was so confident that the vehicle was in excellent shape and drove straight to my mechanic to give me piece of mind. On his ride in, he noticed a glitch in the driver side mirror when adjusting. He immediately made me aware of it and promised to have a new mirror in the mail. (He kept his word, and one arrived three days later!) We agreed that if it got the thumb's up, I would drive him back to Columbus. If it didn't he would simply return on his own. That spoke volumes to me. During the ride back, we joked that it was the longest test ride ever and enjoyed good conversation. Back at the dealership, I met his uncle and business partner Mohammad. He only added to the quality of service and treated me and my seven-year-old daughter, who went along for the ride, like family. The entire transaction at the office was quick and easy. I never felt pressured at any point. I had the title in my hands in minutes. It was obvious to me that these two gentlemen not only knew their business, but also were focused and dedicated to their customers' satisfaction. Before leaving for our long journey back to Pittsburgh, they bought me and my daughter dinner and spoiled her with small gifts that put a smile on her face. Rest assured, if you do business at Automovil Banco Financing, you will be well taken care...

Make sure to get your vehicle inspected prior to purchase at Drive 1 Auto Sales/Automovil Banco Financing given the non-refundable agreement. I am now paying to get the transmission replaced and a lot of other repairs. All of it totals more than 50% of what I paid for the car. I guess you can say, I should’ve inspected it and that its my fault, however the man looked me in my eyes and said “there is nothing wrong with the car and the brakes are new.” I believed him given he is a “muslim.” He has Allah to answer to for misleading me.

3rd update : I trusted him given our religion based on morals. I was not offered repairs/refunds but rather lip service and wasted time

These two gentlemen were the best guys to deal with when it came to purchasing my van . I had to drive three hours to get to their location I arrived after business hours but they stayed after they closed up business for the day because I needed to have my work van replaced due to a hit and run accident. I’d recommend these two gentlemen to my family , friends and even people I don’t know . Very professional very kind and they work with you to accommodate any and all situations you may have.Thank you Emad and moe!!! I would of given them a 10 out of 10...
