Wish I could review without even giving them one star!!! If you try to call to order the employees like to put you on hold and never get back to you. And that's only if they don't "accidentally" disconnect the call while "trying" to put you on hold. So THREE TIMES we just went ahead and ordered online. At least it was easier to place our order.
Each time we ordered we had problems. One time the pizza took forever to get to us, despite being told when we called (5 TIMES) that it had "just left" within an hour of calling after it was already 30 minutes late. Needless to say it was so COLD. Call to complain? Oh I did. And got cussed out by the guy who answered the phone.
Then it didn't matter what day of the week or time we ordered...not one order was correct. Undercooked pizza one time. Crust flavors either not done, or done completely wrong. Toppings were non-existent even when ordering double toppings. Toppings on the whole pizza when it was only supposed to be on half the pizza. Heck, it seemed like they just made up whatever pizza they thought we should have and sent us that.
After disasters each time we ordered, scrappy customer service when we called, and the general BS -- I finally decided to fill out a customer evaluation that was emailed to us. We were contacted by a rep that wanted to help us out and "make things right". After 3 failed orders over an entire year we decided to give them one more chance. We had to call in the order this time and spent 20 minutes between waiting on a manager to take our call AND the issue that they couldn't find any record of the fact that they were supposed to replace our entire last order free of charge. (Which the manager spent more time complaining about the food costs and loss of revenue.) They still managed to screw the order up everyway they possibly could.
Bottom line-up This particular location just plain SUCKS! They suck at answering the phones, reading orders, making orders, and delivering orders. None of the managers we dealt with were professional. I would rather just go to the store, buy frozen pizza, and make it myself! DO YOURSELF A FAVOR AND SKIP USING THIS LOCATION ALTOGETHER BECAUSE IT IS NOT WORTH THE HASSLE THAT YOU WILL...
Read moreI did an online order for a super supreme pizza and two pastas with bread sticks. Doordash delivered the pizza and one pasta. I informed the doordash driver I ordered two pastas. He said he would go back to the store. I called the store because the first pasta was dry and i wasn't happy with it, also wanted to let them know that I never received my second pasta. From the beginning the customer service representative Liv was rude stating they were experiencing a dinner rush and she could assure me my pasta wasn't dry because she pulled it out of the oven herself. I then asked to speak to the manager on duty. She c wasn't much better herself. She told me both pastas would be remade and delivered to me. An hour goes by, no delivery. I call the store, Liv answers. She states, not only am I not getting the pasta that I paid for but they aren't remaking either pasta after the manager and I had already discussed this. So I asked to speak to the manager again. At this point we were both getting aggravated. I ordered nearly $60 worth of food and it's been almost two hours and I'm being told two different stories. At this point, I ask for a refund back to my debit. Liv explained it would be 5-7 business days. I stated that was fine. She asked for the last 4 digits of my debit, I gave her the info. She then said it was processing. I asked for the corporate number, she gave me a bullshit number. About 15 minutes after the call, I received two pastas. At this point, to hell with the food. I want my money back. This pizza hut SUCKS! Terrible customer service. I will NEVER order...
Read moreOrdered a stuffed crust pizza, not last Saturday, but the Saturday before that around 8 or 9pm. 2 1/2 hours later, it still hadn't arrived (keep in mind, I literally live two minutes from this location), so my boyfriend called and cancelled the order, and basically demanded a refund. The lady on the other end of the phone only told us that it would be a couple of days before we got the refund back on the card, but that's it. She didn't ask for information to put it back on the card, nothing. So three days later, we called the location and asked about it to the manager, with his only response being "wait two days." Well, lo and behold two days later the money still wasn't back on the card. So we called again, yet this time they gave us a "corporate number," of which was actually just a customer service number. The customer service number also told us to wait a couple days. We literally waited until that next Saturday. Finally that Sunday, we decided to stop into the location, the lady at the front was very nice and listened to our issue. It turned out the girl we talked to the Saturday that we ordered hadn't even refunded our money. So the lady at the store when we stopped in actually refunded our money, but obviously we had to wait a couple days. Finally, after waiting over a week, the refund finally hit my bank account. I really don't recommend ordering from here. Very mediocre management. Save the hassle and order...
