I bought a Fait 500 L from Andy on August 2nd of 2023 with a warranty. On March 25th. 2024, seven months after my purchase of this vehicle it has had more problems than I have time or room to explain. Bottom line the vehicle is trash, the service I received after my purchase was trash and I would recommend anyone looking for a new or used vehicle not to deal with this business for any reason. I was treated with so much disrespect and disregard after reaching out with my repair issues in the first week after my purchase to the point of the owner actually calling the police on me several times because I would not just roll over and go away. I knew this car had major issues just from how I was treated after I signed on the dotted line. Now after a year and my car being in the dealership service department of Fiat since March here I sit still without a vehicle. Still paying for car insurance and a car note for a vehicle that I am not able to drive. When I say read the fine print you better. As I am now going over my paperwork I located this form. This is how they get you. This is how they take your hard earned money, get you to finance a vehicle and have you bound to a contract without having the use of said vehicle. As I said earlier I do have a warranty luckily for me… wrong because even with my warranty my vehicle has been in the shop since late March, it is now the middle of August you do the math. Don’t I mean…don’t let them do the same to you. If I had know better I would have dealt with them just as I am dealing with the dealership who has my vehicle currently. And please single woman especially African American woman DO NOT WALK INTO THIS DEALERSHIP ALONE …TO THEM YOU ARE A MARK AND YOU WILL BE TAKEN ADVANTAGE OF I GUARANTEE YOU! I was gaslighted and had the police called on me three different times because I came back asking them to look at the object that was dragging under my newly purchased vehicle instead of trying to fix the issue they blamed it all on me and insulted me with name calling and other verbal assaults until I got angry and begin assaulting them back and guess what? Then they called the police. All of this because they sold me a car that they knew had preexisting conditions. Who buys a car for $12,000 dollars, gets it financed for it to break down in less than a year. I don’t think anyone… DO YOU?

The guys at Columbus auto source went over and above to make sure not only the car I was buying was in great shape and accurate to the description, but also to contact me back and got me the best rate on my financing! Couldn’t be happier with Ely and Mark! Plenty of places to buy a car, these guys have cars in good condition and are happy to point out issues so they don’t sell you something you aren’t expecting, and you don’t buy something you don’t want. Happy to recommend to others.

I came to Andy at Columbus Auto with specific criteria for my next vehicle purchase. Andy was attentive, informative and thorough. After a week and an abundance of options, Andy was able to find me exactly what I was looking for at a great price. Highly recommended!

I referred my friend’s son to Ely Conrad, one of the owners at Columbus Auto Source. As he wanted a Toyota Prius that Ely advertised for sale. My friend’s mom and I test drove the car for him as he was out of state at college. When we test drove it, the engine light was on and we brought it to the salesman’s attention. The salesman said yes we know why that engine light is on because we took a part out of the car to put in another car. Ely promised to have the car fixed and the engine light off. Within a week my friend drove his Toyota Prius that he bought from Ely and the engine light came back. My friend was asked to bring the car back in so that they could again take care of it. They gave him the car back and told him that it was fixed. So my friend left on his several thousand mile trip and the engine light came back on in Springboro Ohio. In Springboro, they did a diagnostic test and the mechanic told him that he thought that it was an air bubble problem and that he hoped that it would work it’s way out. To give Ely credit, he did reimburse my friend $100 for the diagnostic test that the Toyota dealership in Springborofriend did. My friend has had the Prius for month’s and the engine light keeps coming on and going off as the problem is still there . He went to get his plates switched over to California this week and the engine light came on again. The state of California did a diagnostic test and 3 codes came up which we gave Ely. The state of California told my friend to take the car to a Toyota dealership where they did a diagnostic test. They told him that the problem was an air bubble and the car had to be bled. $352 later the car is finally bled properly and the engine light is out. Eli says that his guys bled it right and he is not paying anything towards it. I have referred other people to Ely but I will not refer any other people to Columbus Autosource to buy anything. This is wrong. Ely told the 22 year old young man that he would have the car fixed properly and the engine would be off before he left the state of Ohio and it wasn’t. No more!!! It is amazing how Ely tells you how he will call you back but he doesn’t. Today I call him and he doesn’t answer. But when I call and talk to his mechanic guess who I get an immediate call back...

I don’t recommend anyone to buy a vehicle from the place. They lie about the vehicles and don’t disclose all of the info.

I bought a truck from this place in September of 2023. I asked the normal questions when buying a vehicle. Found some minor issues and got some money off of the total price. However for some reason they couldn’t provide me with a carfax but guaranteed me a clean report. Decided i would take their word on it, bad choice. After daily driving the truck for about 2 weeks I noticed oil, coolant, and transmission fluid leaking in my driveway. The next day I took the truck to a very reputable local shop to have them look it over and tell me what they find. Since I had bought an extended warranty I had them look over the whole truck since it was there. After about a week I found out there was a long list of issues. Had the shop submit the work to the warranty I had purchased. After a few days found out the warranty only covered a very small portion of the repairs. At that point I decided to run my own carfax on the truck. I found out that the truck had been sitting for over 2 years and only moved 5 miles at the dealership after they told me it was only there for a few months. Spent the next week trying to reach someone at the dealership. Left my name and number multiple times expecting a call back that never came. After being without my truck for almost a month I finally got ahold of the GM. I asked him about the lies I was told when buying the truck and issues I was having and the repair bill I was going to have to pay just to get my truck back. I asked for some help with the repair since I wasn’t told about the truck sitting for so long ( I wouldn’t have bought it if I knew it sat for 2 years.) He basically blew me off and told me that he won’t help with anything and that is my problem and...
