My sister bought us tickets to see RaeLynn, Granger Smith, and Kane Brown for my birthday. She even splurged and bought us VIP tickets to meet RaeLynn because she is my favorite country artist. My sister bought SECOND row tickets when they went on presale. We got to the civic center a few minutes before 5:45 because that’s when our meet and greet started. Tickets said to meet at will call, but will call had NO idea what to tell us and just said they “don’t deal with the VIP stuff.” Thankfully other guests were gathered there, so we waited together until a rep from Raelynn’s team came out. Fast forward to our concert experience... We walk in to the floor, a lady gives us a wrist band, and points us to the SECOND ROW, very middle seats. We take our seats labeled B25 and B26, and as more guests arrive we hear commotion about “continental vs. floor seats”. Apparently, AFTER 1st-4th row seats were already sold to customers, the civic center then decided to place 4 rows in FRONT of the already sold seats!! That is disgraceful and greedy! If they need to add more seats, it should have been in the back! We CHOSE those second row seats! We didn’t move, despite being told to by an extremely rude employee DURING Raelynn’s performance. (All of which she can see from the stage, which should be humiliating to the civic center.) Thankfully, the other guests who came up to us were kind and didn’t make a fuss, and we all sat together. All in all, we missed a good 5-6 minutes of Raelynn’s performance (who I was there to see), and we’re anxious the rest of the show that someone was going to come tell us to move. Multiple groups of people WERE forced to move however, all of whom chose their seats at presale. If I were managing the civic center, I would be humiliated after this sham. Maybe they should take a look at the reviews of their establishment over the past year instead of ignoring them, and reevaluate your management and customer service representatives. I am disappointed, but thankfully got to meet RaeLynn, and Granger and Kane did fantastic. If I were an artist though, I would refuse to play here again. These people care about their fans, and don’t like seeing us...

Came ice skating here last year and have to say that it was one of worst ice skating experiences my family's ever had. Horrible management of the skate rentals, super crowded, and a pretty bad experience for the family. That and I think we saw someone literally breaking into someone's car as we drove through the parking lot.
Now I'm at a car show in July, and at 8:58 I approached the door to use the restroom where the signs are clearly marked (vendors have been here an hour). Gentleman from security was coming out and said they weren't open yet. I asked when will you be open and he said 9:00. Okay, fair. 2-minute wait. Problem is, it's 09:23, and I've now been standing here for 25 minutes and there has been a dozen people who have come up and asked when they're going to open the door and they keep saying just one more minute. I'm not sure why it takes seven people (several more were just here in my photo) to set up a tent 20 ft away, but they're having a great conversation while quite a few people are waiting to use the restroom. Edit: the tent has been set up for 15 minutes and still no open door, even with multiple folks asking. Finally said "oh go around to the side door" - which is not where the flag is. And people waiting right by it with no courtesy of...
Read moreMy family and I were denied entry into a fair in the parking lot due to my wife having a tiny backpack instead of a standard purse. They could give no valid explanation as to the difference between backpacks and purses, other than the placement of the straps. They then told us that if we had a single diaper in the bag, it would be considered a diaper bag and it would be allowed in. So by their own admission, it had nothing to do with the type of bag, but more so what it was holding. We were not he only family turned away as they were many people in line with children that had backpacks. Considering they were checking every single bag that came in, including my wife’s before they told her she couldn’t bring it in, there’s absolutely no logical reasoning behind why these bags can’t be used. They also didn’t advertise this until you reached the check in point so after standing in line for 20 minutes, us, and many other families were turned away just so we would have to wait in line again. I completely understand rules and policies, but you should at the very least be able to explain and articulate why they exist, especially if changing the content of the bag by adding a single diaper...
