MY JACKET WAS STOLEN OR TAKEN BY SOMEONE WHO WORKS THERE. My phone number was given out by the person who cut my hair to someone else without my permission. No regard for personal or private property. I walked in on 12/26 with a jacket (it was cold outside and I needed to wear one) as is typical this time of year and left it at the cutting station. (Closet filthy and would not leave it there). Now it is missing from the cutting station! I was growing out my hair to close to one length and then to maintain it. I walked out with a Pixie Cut on 1/26. This person has no idea what the client wants and refuses to listen. This person should have their license pulled, go back to school and then try again. While cutting my hair, they are complaining how their monthly bills went up I believe $475 per month with no increase in income. Should she not be more focused on cutting hair rather than complaining about her monthly expenses? or even trying to get more/new clients? Perhaps she should downsize her lifestyle to match her expenses and stop complaining. I should have gotten the point from the start: this person always has a choice of appointments (calendar was blank on most occasions). This should tell people something. TWO (2) PEOPLE FROM THIS PLACE CALLED ME BUT WHEN I CALLED BACK, THEY WOULD NOT ANSWER THE PHONE. WONDER WHAT THE COSMETOLOGY BOARD WILL THINK OF THIS!!! RUN FROM THIS PLACE AS FAST AS YOU CAN !!! RUN FROM THIS PLACE AS FAST AS YOU CAN IF YOU VALUE YOUR POSSESSIONS AND HOW YOU LOOK!!! One further word of advise before you choose a new person to do your hair: Look at their hair! If it is a 40 or 50 year old hair cut/style, chances are they are not up to date and will make you look the same.

This salon is a hidden gem, in an older, not very busy, strip mall. Don't let the location fool you. Very nice stylists, and a modern, comfortable, and very clean salon. Jennifer was my stylist, and did this beautiful braid for me in less than 10 minutes! Reasonable pricing as well....
