Zanzenberg Farm — Attraction in Comfort

I forget where I first heard about Zanzenberg Farm and their whey-finished pigs, but it was sometime after we decided to buy a whole cow and had gone down that road, so we sort of knew what we were getting ourselves into. If you're considering a whole hog, this is absolutely the place to go. I have never had better pork in my life, it's difficult to describe how good this meat is. You will pay a premium, but once you taste that first chop you won't be able to go back to grocery store pork.
