Treetop River Cabins — Hotel in Comfort

Treetop River Cabins are a must-stay place! I stayed in Cabin 4 - Honey's Nest.

This cabin is very nicely decorated, very clean, the beds are very comfortable, and the kitchen is well stocked with dinnerware, silverware, pots and pans - they even have a dishwasher!

There are heating/air conditioner units in each bedroom and the main living/kitchen area - perfect for adjusting for individual needs. They have Pandora (on living room TV) for playing your favorite music!

The view of the Guadalupe River right outside of my backdoor was beautiful - especially at night when I had the most spectacular view of the stars. I sat outside on the deck in the morning and enjoyed my coffee and the view. At night, I turned on the lights that lit up the railing - it was so peaceful and beautiful.

I went to nearby Zanzenberg Tavern, in downtown Center Point - the food was fabulous and the Old Fashion cocktail was amazing. There is also a nearby liquor store that delivers!!!

I will definitely be back this summer to experience the river with the kayaks, canoes, fire pit, BBQ grill, hammocks and floating dock!

I wish I had more time - I would have loved to have lit a fire in one of two fire pits and had s'mores.

Fantastic space and service! Absolutely loved our experience at Treetop River Cabins. We stayed in Cabin #1 while in town for a family wedding. Parking is convenient for loading/unloading. Grounds are well kept and have security cameras for those worried about that type of thing, but also very private. There is a BBQ right at the bottom of the steps to use, a great deck overlooking the water and common fire pit areas/ complimentary kayaks etc. You can watch the sunrise thru the trees or take the floating dock out to the center of the river to catch the sunset. Our son enjoyed watching the squirrels, deer, ducks, and turtles. We fished and got bait and poles easily nearby. There's also a park across the river... but the private grounds is even nicer. Plenty of restaurants and thrifting in nearby Comfort or just a little more than 30min to Fredricksburg and only about an hour from San Antonio Airport. The interior was spotless with natural cleaners, toys for our kiddo, and all the luxuries of civilization (fast wifi, tv, dishwasher, etc)... but all the quietness to disconnect if you wanted to. The extra half bath was also great with family there. Will definitely return anytime we are in...

Y'ALL! (that's how we get people's attention here in Texas) If you have not experienced Treetop River Cabins in Center Point, what in the world are you waiting on?? My husband and I wanted to take a few days and drive through the hill country and, when researching places to stay, I stumbled across Treetop River Cabins. The pictures looked amazing so I called to book a cabin and spoke directly to the owner, Melissa who could NOT have been any nicer (I mean super genuine!). When we arrived, the cabin and the entire grounds were PERFECT!! Super clean, super adorable, super cozy!! It was country luxury at its finest! We had a glass of wine on the deck overlooking the river in the evening and coffee the next morning at the table on the deck in front of our cabin. We watched the ducks and turtles swim in the river, the squirrels run up the trees and a few people quietly enjoying kayaking. Incredibly peaceful! My only complaint?? It was so perfect that we didn't even drive through the hill country but stayed at the cabin instead!! We have already booked our 2nd stay and plan to use this as our get-away for many more trips to come! Melissa, I hope you don't...
