Went in to purchase 100 pounds par boiled rice. Paid for the item and was expecting an employee to assist with putting it in my car. To my surprise, I was given a dolly to go carry it myself. I asked if they could assist, and I was rudely told that I would have to carry it myself; It is now their policy that all customers should carry their food items themselves. I ended up returning it because I could not carry it myself. A female staff member told me that not being able to carry it myself should not be a reason for me to return the items. I Called to know a price of a box of turkey or how much it costs and the lady that spoke to me said "we don't give price on the phone." What a failure way of service.
