I finally came back to this establishment after months because I got tired of driving to the Forrestville location. Which is farther from my house. I ordered a buffalo chicken calzone and a spring chicken pizza with extra aioli sauce. The cashier put the ticket in correctly because she showed me. I get a chicken calzone and a spring chicken pizza with no sauce at all!! DRY PIZZA 😡😡‼️ Mind you this is the second time this happened to me and why I stop spending my money at this location. Last time this happened to me I called the store to inform them that my pizza had no sauce. The owner told me " There is no way your pizza is dry I saw the cook put the sauce on it". CALLING ME A LIAR‼️ I didn't have time to come back that night to prove it him plus they were about to close. He told me to come tomorrow and they would make me another pizza as well as give me a refund ( the proper way to deal with a disgruntled customer). THE OWNERS FIRST LIE‼️‼️‼️ I called for three days he was never there I gave up and said well I just won't be spending my money with them since they don't know how to put sauce on pizza. None of his employees are empowered to show gratitude to customers without his consent. So if he's not there (HE DOESNT WORK ON WEEKENDS ANOTHER LIE‼️) business cannot run smoothly if an incident occurs. Back to yesterday I call to tell the cashier my pizza has no sauce. She tells me "YOU CAN BRING IT BACK" . I'm like " THEN WHAT, I WANT A REFUND AND FOR YALL TO MAKE THIS RIGHT" in others words give me my pizza as well as a refund. Mind you this is before I realize I have chicken calzone and not a buffalo chicken calzone. I asked to speak with the manager she informed me he doesn't work on the weekends and that he would be back Monday. THAT WAS THE THIRD LIE‼️‼️ Makes a lot of sense why the employees are slacking they have no management. HOW CAN YOU RUN A BUSINESS ELSEWHERE? So I take my time and gas to drive back to give them what I didn't order and to get my money back. The cashier calls the cook out the back who barely speaks English ( I KNOW THAT IF HE CANT SPEAK ENGLISH HE MOST DEFINITELY CANT READ IT). The cook ask me "WHAT DID YOU WANT?. I'm like "WHAT DOES THE TICKET SAY. READ IT". The cashier intercedes and says he doesn't speak English well( SO WHY DID YOU CALL HIM OUT HERE) they are just dumb from the bottom to the top no common sense. The cashier offers to make my order again. I say no I have to go back to sleep now you'll wasted my entire break with your stupidity. In walks the manager (THATS NOT COMING BACK UNTIL MONDAY, MIND YOU ITS STILL SATURDAY). It's sad that they have their employees lie to customers to dodge being accountable for their mistakes or giving a refund. Clearly nobody in the store is authorized to give refunds because she was waiting on him to give me my money back. The manager walks in and ask "WHATS GOING ON". I'm like "MY REFUND THATS WHATS GOING ON". " IF YOU WERE HERE RUNNING YOUR BUSINESS YOU WOULD KNOW WHATS GOING ON". " IM NOT AN EMPLOYEE OF YOURS HAVE THEM DEBRIEF YOU. IM DONE TALKING TO YALL" Then he ask me do I just want them to remake my pizza. I'm like we've already been through this the only thing I want to talk about is my refund. On top of everything else that happened the cashier can't keep up with the orders. The cashier had me pay for the wrong order. So at this point absolutely nobody in the store deserves to wear the Ledos name or be employed for the record. The manager gives me a refund, doesn't apologize, and offers me no incentive or compensation to return as a customer. They lost a customer for sure yesterday. I had to convince myself to even go their yesterday but I shouldn't have to drive across the world to get some Ledos when it's right there. This location does not reflect anything the Ledos brand stands for. They shouldn't be allowed to use the name because they have no customer service whatsoever from the bottom to the top. . Read moreA calzone and kids spaghetti with one garlic bread took 50 mins to get ready although it was slow. I paid for green peppers to be added to my spaghetti(that was never put into the spaghetti). I also ordered a calzone and when I cut into it, there was no sauce. A Stromboli has no sauce not the calzone. Even on the receipt it clearly showed I ordered a calzone. The cashier wasn’t rude, but she clearly wasn’t trained the way she should have been. The way she answered the phone wasn’t that inviting and she was dressed unprofessionally(wearing a bonnet, wasn’t wearing the regular Ledo Pizza uniform, and had an AirPod in). She took my order correctly so I can’t fault her on that but whoever cooks the food wasnt attentive at all. Maybe it’s the managements fault and they need more/new employees.
