I am honestly so upset right now. It is insane to me how these technicians are. They are polite and respectful nothings wrong with them as people but I brought in my brothers phone in for just a screen repair and now his phone is in and out of shutting on and off, and the Face ID doesn’t work now. I am beyond disappointed with their solutions luckily it was a iPhone 11 and in need of an update anyway. I do not mind being told the truth but the guy and lady working at front desk knew that the phone was “beyond repair” and “I needed to get a new one” which were only things they told me after I had already paid. If they knew that then I would’ve just gotten a new phone despite their unprofessional service. I am not the type of person to leave bad reviews or speak up but I am at my wits end with this place. Save yourself the money and go somewhere else. Do not sign anything here because they will use it against you and will tell you something along the lines “we have it in writing.” Which is beyond me and absolutely unacceptable. By far the WORST experience I’ve had at any shop EVER. They use this and excuse their lousy work instead of being honest and saying “hey so we can’t do this” or “just get a new phone.” Save yourself before they catch you 😭.
Replying to the reply: we did bought the no warranty screen because warranty: “a written guarantee, issued to the purchaser of an article by its manufacturer, promising to repair or replace it if necessary within a specified period of time.” Which in context would mean that if in any case the screen was damaged by the purchaser that it would be covered. We didn’t need any self caused damages to be resolved because that would fall on us. Despite this your definition of warranty is completely different you having stated that “the screen with warranty covered all previous issues with the phone.” WHICH WE DID NOT NEED, the phone only needed a screen repair. neither of you ever stated absolutely anything about water damage ANYTIME. Read more0 stars if I could. Do not take your phone here. The “good reviews” are fake. In early August I brought my phone in for a screen and back glass repair. Huge mistake. They kept it for extra days waiting on parts, and when I finally got it back, the screen colors were off, the phone shut off every few minutes, and the cameras didn’t work properly (they were fine before I came here).
I brought it back under warranty, and while they “fixed” some issues, new ones showed up. The screen popped out, the back camera and flash stopped working, and my service was glitchy. When I returned again, the technician accused me of dropping my phone, said I needed to bring my receipt, and claimed they could not confirm this was even the phone they worked on because they “don’t keep records.” This was absurd. I had a warranty, but because it had only been three weeks and I did not keep a paper receipt (which I have never needed at other repair shops), they refused to honor it.
I later took the phone to another shop, and they were shocked at the condition. Parts were missing, tape was holding things together, fake replacements had been installed, and the motherboard was tampered with (which is never necessary for a screen or back glass repair).
This shop caused me nothing but stress, wasted time, and over $400 down the drain. I am seriously considering taking this to small claims court. Save yourself the headache and go anywhere...

Upon being in their possession, my phone developed a host of problems & malfunctions, including repeatedly powering off & restarting, non stop. The screen was not properly installed & was protruding from my phone's frame. The home button would repeatedly get stuck & when fixed the phone would not respond to the button. The battery began to overheat, repeatedly. My screws were lost by the technician, who could not speak nor understand English & seemed to have very limited knowledge about phone repair. This is one of the most unprofessional businesses I've ever encountered. After weeks of allowing Phone Care & Gifts to correctly repair my phone, I left with my phone being inoperable & took it to another repair store, where I was informed that damage had been done to my motherboard.
