At first things went smooth made payment and everything was ok until I was told my son had a hold. Because I knew my son was going to be able to bond I left payment. My son end up staying for a couple of weeks but today was able to bond. Called this morning, the lady that picked up told me my son will be home around 9pm. Got home around 6pm my son called me stating that he has not been bonded out. Called the office now was talking to a rude man that has no patience which fine because neither do I at this point. He stated that he had to speak to the agent who had taken my information. The first time I went into the office which was around like 10:11 PM in August. He said he will give me a call back. Waited a couple hours, called him back and he stated that I will have to wait until the agent that took my information comes into the office. I did not understand why because if you have a folder that has receipt and everything you should be able to pick up from there. Well apparently not. I hope to not ever have to use these type of services, but if I do, it will not be with this company…… adding more because the fun do not stop with this joke of an establishment. So finally, I called and spoke to the agent which I believe his name is Gary that I dealt with. He told me he did not know why the morning people were not able to go bail my son out. He went on to say that he even had $100 for me from the first time that I have bailed my son out. I posted this review to my surprise. I got a call from a female that works in this office who first started the conversation saying that she had went over and taken the bond she do not know why my son was not released early. I had told her what Gary had said, and then she tried to retract herself and say that oh well, the one that you dealt with was the one that was supposed to go take the bond. She went on and on trying to make it seem like they did not make any mistake as they have policies and procedures and I wouldn’t know that because I do not work there to which I answered yes but Gary do and Gary said you guys were supposed to bail my son out earlier in the day. Now because of this review I came into the office with receipts and all and to my surprise suddenly I do not get $100 dollars back. They can keep it might need it more than me!!! These guys are a total scam they arrested me pretty much kidnapped me in front of over 100 people at the Orange County courthouse in Orlando Florida on the day of my jury trial without a warrant or probable cause in wich the state was on a time limit and it was the last day that the prosecution could have actually brought me to trial i had filed a motion to have a speedy trial and on the day of my actual jury trial where I was suppose to pick my jury and proceed with my trial I was kidnapped by them and arrested illegally thanks to my attorney and the judge who sent a court order to the county jail to have me released asap I was actually released because they couldn’t process me in to book me now I have a lawsuit against these guys for defamation false arrest and violation of my rights I don’t recommend these guys at all and the actual boss mr smith is the most rudest unprofessional bondsman I’ve ever dealt with he insulted my girlfriend and mocked her over a case in wich she was involved and battered they laughed at her and told her she couldn’t do anything about it totally unprofessional and thanks to them the state prosecutor my lawyer and the judge are filing a complaint and are taking further action against these guys because they not only wasted their own time they wasted my time my lawyer the jurors and the judges time all star bond in Orange County Orlando Florida they are not good people and do not work for the defendants best interest I wouldn’t recommend bonding out with these guys totally unprofessional this happened recently on 4/17/24 my charges were luckily dismissed only because these guys unlawfully kidnapped me from the Orange County jail in Orlando Florida and I would never ever in my life use there services again and would never recommend them him and his partner Ellis totally unprofessional I gave them almost 13k$ of my money and they treated me in the worst way possible also 100$ of mine came up missing from my pockets in wich I know they took it and never returned it there not only unprofessional but there...

Posted 500 cash for a cash bond and 100 to process it. Let me tell you I have been getting the run around from when the bond was released.First, I was told by the office staff my Check was mailed on the 10 of May Then when I called the following week I was told Mike was out of town and to come By Saturday for a check ( It was a cash bond why was I getting a Check? ) Anyway this is more about the rudest Female that was the prime example of what rude is and informed me she had no boss and signs her check, well great than sign my check because I took off Saturday just to deal with this mindblowing run around over principle, and thank goodness I called because I would be showing out in the office.

I was never told you were posting a surety bond my conversation being it was out of the county is that you would post the cash and charge 100 to walk it across the street I did not want to wait to find a western union to send it to the Jail in Orlando
