I had a very disappointing experience with Bay Area Cleaning Company that I feel compelled to share. I urgently required their cleaning services and was assured that they would inform me of any earlier openings. Despite reaching out multiple times over the weekend to confirm, I received no response until Monday.

On Monday, I confirmed that the cleaning team would come on Wednesday at 10 AM. I had previously communicated my address clearly, so I was confident they had the correct location. However, on the day of the scheduled service, their team arrived at a completely different address - one that did not match the spelling or details I provided.

When I contacted them to clarify the situation, I was met with a lack of professionalism. All I received was vague assurances that they would call me back, with no apology or solution offered for the mistake.

This experience has left me frustrated and dissatisfied. I will not be using this company again and cannot recommend their services based on...

We own a small family burger business in American Canyon, which comes with a lot of grease and oil build up in our kitchen. Bay Area Cleaning Team has come to our store about 3 or 4 times to clean our kitchen hood and filters. It comes out sparkling. The most recent time they came, I also had them clean our two fryers and our kitchen floors. Our two fryers were built up with oil and grease, and our floors had a lot of black spots. At the end of the cleaning, our fryers and floors came out looking brand new!! I was very happy with how clean everything was. We're lucky to have found a great commercial cleaning company.
