paradise Indian restaurant & sweet — Restaurant in San Pablo

We went on Saturday evening for dinner at the restaurant. We ordered chicken tikka curry, fish pakora, chicken biryani and lassi. My favorite was the mango lassi. Chicken biryani and fish pakora lacked salt. We noticed the waiter had hard time understanding us but at the end we were about to place our order correctly. There are plenty of free parking . Ambiance was nice. The space is spacious and lots of sitting. They have lots of options for vegetarians in the menu. I think perfect place for veggie lovers. Overall service was excellent. They do have surcharge for credit card.

I would love this place if they treated non Indian customers the same.The waiters and front of the restaurant saw us and did not come up to seat us we waited a few minutes and a Indian man came in the waiters ran up to the front and served them before us they are very rude and not friendly at all and it’s dirty .we ended up going to the pizza place next door extreme pizza the young man there is friendly the place was very clean we special ordered a punjabi pizza all veggie with curry powder on top skip paradise and go to extreme pizza where they take pride in their business food and most of all...

The Chicken Tikka Masala was bland, and my dining partner had the same reaction to her food. Mild spice does not mean bland, just not full of hot peppers. Otherwise the restaurant was fine with a diner vibe. For example, to serve a coke they just brought a can without even a glass. There were two TVs going, tuned to different channels, but both with the sound on. The prices were slightly high for the quality of the food, although about the same as other sit down Indian restaurants nearby. I wasn't impressed but will give them another try in...
