Beavers Bend Paddle Boats — Attraction in Broken Bow

The guys at the dock were more interested in being on their phones and their rears than helping people. They just sat there when we walked up and I had to ask them if I just help myself. Watched another couple struggle to get a canoe, they didn't go help them. When we got finished with paddle boats the boys both just sat there, I finally had to ask them if they could help us. One boy told the other one it was his turn, he just sat there then finally got up. There was no rail where we were docked so I had to crawl onto the dock as they didn't offer a hand to help me out. While we enjoyed paddle boarding, at a reasonable price, I have to give this spot a 3-star for customer service.

The young lady at the desk was curling her hair as we purchased our paddle boards. She was very short in her words and tone.

The young boys handing out the paddle boards were friendly and helpful.

Beautiful lake views. You can purchase different water activities at an hourly rate.

Loved every minute of it. Rental area with snacks, drinks, kayaks, paddle boards and minature golf. The young girl that works in the rental building is very friendly, helpful, polite and gave great customer service. Aiden who helps you on the paddle boats..etc. is very friendly, answers any questions and willing to help you enjoy your time. You can paddle out and take a dip. Life jackets available, 12 and younger required to wear them. A very fun activity...
