Maddy is such a nice and very knowledgeable representative of Catalyst and of the industry . Maddy is very patient with relatively new consumers as well as all of the awesome sales Catalyst!! Not to take away from Maddy!! Everyone is wonderful and so knowledgeable of the products at Catalyst and fun but also dress nice and professional unlike Blazed Utopia where most of the Bud Tenders dress really provocative and some who don't wear very much or are in slippers and was told they eat gummies all day long and a few look stoned while on the job and less patient with me in the beginning when I started using pot. Some are very nice and knowledgeable to be fair, but I love Catalyst and will always get my gummies here. I must also mention the prices at Catalyst which are so affordable and allow for those who are on fixed incomes like myself to enjoy the wide range of products and I buy a lot due to the sales and the main reason why I come to Catalyst along with the atmosphere. The edible products are $5 to $15 dollars cheaper per product without the sales and promotions where Blazed Utopia was stingy even when spending a lot of 💰. My friends who introduced me to Catalyst also get great deals on flower and the products used to smoke. Special shout out to Jordan my first Bud tender at Catalyst his knowledge base is incredible for those who are new to pot and the OG's he can pick a product that is perfect for the individual needs as he did for me and my friends husband who has cancer!!! He should be way up in management making a lot of 🤑💰 money !! Debbie and Shannon love Jordan and sold me on Catalyst . He really has a loyalty to this company and so knowledgeable about all products you sell and appears to be a wonderful person in general. I really hope that the prices don't change once they become totally established in Hemet !! Try them out everyone 1 visit and you become a customer only to Catalyst !! Typically I give this place four or five stars this last visit was The worst experience I've ever had. Extremely disappointing! I come in for five different types of products, I'm looking for a (Hi-Terp cold fire product, bubble hash a normally stock item and The most specific was Murphy ridge pre-rolls (preferably Indica) four out of five are sold out completely, I get attitude from the guy, and he literally tells me "I'm being difficult" because I'm asking for what I normally ask for every single month but none of it is available. Then he tells me they "only get their distributors in once every 2 weeks" So I ask does this happen to be the midweek situation and he tells me "No the distributors just dropped off" which means to me they don't even care about their customers enough to actually let people know if they have the product in the back but not out front. I've come into this facility several times and had an issue where I've had to wait for a half hour plus while I watch 10 plus employees walk from the back to the front without care for any people that are actually in the retail store I really would love to promote this place but they sell products that are available at any dispensary in town and frankly their customer service has been far lacking lately. I come to a dispo once a month I buy what I buy and I normally spend $100 to $200. Won't step...
