DDC Electric Supply Inc — Attraction in South El Monte

In my opinion, I’m very upset with the service here, and working with their sales person Derek. Like any distribution company they work with the set of preferred contractors. One of the preferred contractors Andrew suggested to us a certain bulb for our track lighting we plan to use throughout a 3000 square-foot house. We ordered roughly 90 bulbs for the track lighting and discovered they looked horrible. They were far too large and made our ceiling look too low. We requested to return the bulbs within a week of receiving them, and only opening less than ten pcs. All of the lights were in perfect condition. They refused any exchange or refund of our purchase, and no other options. The total bill for our purchase was roughly $3500. Imagine spending this money for a lot of bad product. The track lighting looks more like stage lighting or more for commercial use. We had out doubts but DDC’s preferred contractor suggested them, so we trusted them. I have never used this service and I don’t think I ever will. If your company driver willingly drives recklessly on the road, I would rather find a different place. I don’t recommend this place to anyone. One of your vans almost caused a collision with my family member and I on the road yesterday.
