I moved here one month ago. The apartment is nice but the person living above me is beyond loud. This has been since day one. There is non stop noise from up there and at night the person turns in some type of machine that makes a loud noise all night. I have to take something for a headache daily and I'm tired and grumpy all day at work because I can't sleep at night. I've complained to management several times and the manager John says there is nothing that he can do about the noise except offer me another apartment on the 4th floor. That's crazy, I just moved into this one 30 days ago. What I don't understand is why he can't ask the person above me to be more considerate and cut down on the noise? I've signed a 15 month lease. This is going to be a very long 14 months. If you are thinking about moving here dont, especially if you have a problem and think management will help. I can't wait until this lease is up so I can get the heck away from here. This experience is already unreal, and just 30 days into my lease. All they care about is money. Management doesn't care if the residents are comfortable and Greystar doesn't care either. Im so...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreI'm not at all the type to leave reviews and nor am I the type to regret my decisions. I opted for this apartment because it was new, but everything that glitters is definitely not gold. There have been "many" things, but today is the last straw. This may seem very small, but to me it's not.
First, God bless everyone that was affected by this storm. BUT why are the elevators off because of a tropical storm?!! They have been off since at least 11am and they are still off and will likely not be on until the property managers are back in the office tomorrow. I just don't understand and it's becoming increasingly frustrating trying to understand this apartment complex. We've had several storms and hurricanes (latest in 2023) in the past that have been worse than this, extremely worse, but never once were the elevators turned off due to a storm. So why now????!!!!
Also, even though there are only a few negative reviews vs positive, pay more attention to the few negatives than many positives. Everything that glitters...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreThe community started off great, however it has severely gone down hill. Every time I step outside, there is dog urine in the breezeway and on the stairs. Dog poop on the sidewalks, in the grass. Itās like no one is enforcing anything! Loogies in the breezeways as well. Other residents have no decorum. There two dumpsters, yet only one is used, so thereās trash all over the ground. I really wish management would take a greater effort to make sure the community is safe and clean. Hereās some suggestions: Enforce a FINE on residents who do not take proper care of their pets! Thereās no reason you should be letting your dog out at the brink of time before they have to go. They need to pick up after them as well! Enforce a FINE on residents who leave trash on the ground. That will get them together real...
