Flawless Cuts Barbershop — Attraction in Katy

Based on the reviews I was hopeful this would be our new barber for my husband amd twin boys but unfortunately we will continue to look. I bought my boys in for a hair cut this morning as a walk in which seemed to be welcomed and they have a neon sign up stating that as well. So thats great and a handful of others came in as a walk in after us as well. As for the atmosphere the shop was dirty hair everywhere form multiple cuts not a clean pathway to walk from waiting area to stylus. The barber that appeared to be the owner seemed stressed because they were 1 barber short today due to her calling in. Both barbershop were with someone when we walked in but my 2 sons were next in line. 1st barber finished and called my 1st son up . I talked to the barber showed a picture he had no questions ended up doing my son's sides short but my son was still okay with it. The 2nd barber finished right after 1st one and said "he's almost finished so he can do him" meaning my 2nd son and he took the walk in that came in after us. Next in line is next in line. if 1st barber was almost finished then great he'll get to next inline when he is done. So that was the 1st star lost. (Barber didn't focus of the cut that was wanted and other barber skipped us) 2nd star gone because the barber ended up cutting my second son and I didn't like how it was treated when I pointed it. It made us to believe it happens all the time which I could see to be true with the way they race through tring to get cuts done. Not to mention they cut my 2nd son's hair shorter than he wanted. The barber asked if they wanted color sprayed in their hair and they are 6 so of course...

I’ve been taking my teenager here for regular haircuts and my husband gets his fro lined up for maintenance and they do a fantastic job- consistently. No matter who cuts- you can’t go wrong here. Today, we took our neurodiverse 4yo for his first haircut without sensory accommodations- I’ve been taking him regularly to watch his brother get haircuts here to ease him into it (he’s only had 2 other haircuts with a barber trained with kiddos with special needs- but she was unavailable) the woman who cut his hair at FC was just as amazing. She was very patient and gentle in her movements. We asked for a scissor-cut only but my son was so comfortable he asked for the clippers (which is a huge success for kiddos that are sensory avoidant.) They’re always warm and welcoming here, the receptionist is always ready and kind. We’re grateful for having such an amazing place close to our home that is capable of caring for all the guys in our house. I wouldn’t make this the “go to place for ND kiddos” without parents putting the work in with their kid first! I opted for a beard and hair cut, as well as hair styling and waxing services, and I was blown away by the results. The barbers were highly skilled and knowledgeable, and their techniques were impeccable. They took the time to understand my hair type and facial features, and then created a look that was tailored to my specific needs.

One of the things that really stood out to me about this barber shop was the great vibe that permeated throughout the space. The atmosphere was relaxed and comfortable, which made me feel at ease during the entire experience. The barbers were friendly and easy to talk to, which added to the overall enjoyment of my visit.

To top it all off, they had a great Starbucks coffee machine that was available for customers to use. This was a really nice touch that added to the overall experience.
