I had try getting pizza online some good deals they had but for some reason the order wasn’t going in (unable to placer order) which it was weird because i just got paid so i knew i had money in so because I was having does issues I decide to call in to order over the phone. Im not going to lie I love Pizza Hut Pizzas but this location has really bad customer service. First i had called a wrong location pizza hut on westheimer parkway they were nice enough to tell me that im calling at the wrong location and gave me info on what pizza hut i should call. I ask him if i can order the deals online over the phone he say yes he can and all pizza hut does too.but that i should call my pizza hut location which is the one that im posting about. So i called and the first thing this girl had a attitude because of the way she was talking on the phone i ask her if i can order She said “yes” so i ask “can i order the deals online because im having issues doing it on the website/online. She was to fast to say.. ”no no ma’am we can do that our system do do that . So i said “but i call the other pizza hut and the said that all pizza hut can do it.” I understand that there system is different don’t get me wrong but is the way she said it with attitude im not a animal I understand. After that i was able to order online, they close at 11 and my gps showed that i was going to be there 1 minute late. The same girl called me 2x i really didn't hear the phone the 1st time because i was driving and my phone get in don’t disturb when im not driving (safety is 1st). 2nd time i saw my phone to see how far i was from pizza hut and i notices i had a missed call. I called back and the same young girl came at me with attitude “we going to close in a few you need to hurry up” i told her i under Im like close to you im not far i’ll just be 1 minute lates i just need to pick up the pizza that is. But no she has to say something smart, (i know u want to go home I understand) so thats why i let it slide didnt said anything and hanged up the phone. Next time pizza hut hire people that are going to do good customer service and not push people alway that are willing to give you their money for you pizza. Im not asking for nothing free i was going to pay my food. Theirs no need for that attitude. Pizza hut employees just know that y’all have a paying job because of customer so don’t push people away. Read moreI ordered from this location for carry-out on 1/1/2022 around 7PM, and it was a supremely disappointing experience. I had received an notification on my app that my online order was ready and I was going to do curbside pickup. After 5 minutes, no one came out to give me my order. I proceeded to call the restaurant and after about 15 rings, no one answered the phone. I then entered the restaurant and it looked like about 6-8 team members were in the back. The kitchen already looked in disarray and unorganized. It took about 10 minutes before a team member greeted me and acknowledged that I was present. While I was waiting for a team member, I observed the dynamic in the kitchen. Only about 2 members were trying to work and maybe catch up on orders, the other 4 members didn't seem to be on task and it looked like there wasn't anyone definitively in charge. It seemed like no one knew what they were supposed to be doing. Finally one team member acknowledged that I was present and handed me my order. I had ordered one large supreme PAN pizza, however I received a THIN CRUST pizza. I was surprised that they actually got the toppings correct. I decided that it would be more of a hassle to have them correct the order and just took the pizza home since I probably deduced it would take them about another hour to have it made. I would say this is one of the top ten worst experiences at a restaurant I have had in my life. As a business owner, in my opinion it seems like whoever owns this franchise location either doesn't care about the customers and doesn't seem to care about staff training. Read moreUsually never have any problems at this Pizza hut but today was pretty foul. I arrived at about 4:30 today. I walked in and a bigger Caucasian male was walking around on his phone and didn’t even speak to me when I entered or acknowledge me waiting at the counter. He was walking around constantly adjusting his belt-less pants and not washing his hands, his uniform was gross and unkept, he was also walking around rapping to foul music on his phone aloud. After about 3-4 minutes of waiting at the counter someone finally came out to have me sign for my order and didn’t apologize for the wait at all and it wasn’t ready at my promised order time of 4:32. I don’t mind waiting at all but the issue is that after being ignored until about 4:34 then being told I have more time to wait for my order while listening to a super loud TV, it’s a pretty frustrating. Oh yeah, did I mention the TV was cranked way too high? Could barely hear the cashier talk to me when she finally appeared. I might give this Pizza Hut another chance in the future but for now 1093 and Brookshire offer much better customer service and experiences.
