Fusion Wok Sushi and Stir Fry — Restaurant in Texas

I made an online order to be delivered immediately. It was only rock shrimp, two regular rolls, and soup. I only live less than a mile away from the store. After 45 min of waiting for my food I called up to the store. The lady was rude, talked over me and said I must have made a mistake when ordering regarding the time it was supposed to be ready. Which I did not. So I just said ok, just please get me my food now ASAP. Which she said they would make right away and deliver. I waited another 35 min, still no food. I call her back and she tells me that someone was just now leaving the store to deliver my food. At this point I’ve now called twice and have waited an hour and 20 minutes for my small order of food. From the time I got off the phone the second time it still took another 20 minutes for the order to arrive! I get my food and open the bag and there was part of my order missing. Livid at this point I call up to the store for the 3rd time (an hour and 45 min after I originally ordered) and inform them of the missing food and that they can take back the food and just refund my money back. The rude lady then told me to “be quiet” because she needed to talk and told me to keep the food and she will issue the refund anyway. Then hung up in my face. No apologies at all. I really enjoyed the food here! I called ahead to make sure they were open and a young man answered and was very kind. I entered and the place was just amazing 🤩. I walked up to the order area and it was the same person on the phone. His name was Sam Bravo. He was extremely kind. He gave recommendations on what he likes. He told me about the crab rangoons which were THE BOMB 💣!!!! He also recommended the chicken and broccoli, don’t get me started on this. Absolutely to DIE for. Party tray b this includes the California roll. The BEST California roll I’ve EVER tried. Crunch roll, pretty basic but nothing you can really do to it , still pretty good. Shaggy dog, it has fired shrimp crab and spicy mayo and eel sauce, absolutely delightful. And the Salmon avocado roll, nothing to say about that other than its salmon and avocado on a sushi roll. 1 dollar egg rolls for November aswell! All the basic Asian food also are pretty good. It is with a heavy heart that I write this review. Fusion wok used to be the best sushi place in our neighborhood. Some months ago it changed owners and, at first they maintained the same level as before but the couple last orders we had were downhill. The food is not near as good as before. It is clear that they changed the staff in charge of the food preparation. Prices went up and quality down. The website does not have all menu options and it’s something I can’t understand. They now charge for delivery without matter how much you spend in your order. Those last one I could bear but the food quality is something that I can’t let pass. Sorry but last night was the last time ordering from Fusion Wok. Hope I can find a good sushi place to replace them. Message to the new owners: it is still time to rever it! Don’t let the quality go down. Have it as your core value. Train your staff, don’t accept poor execution even if you have to pay a little more for them, it is worthwhile! Hope...
