When we got there the pavilion still had people in it so i got to the cashier window and the guy told me that they are ready to serve us out in the patio..screeeeeech I SAID WHAT? THE PATIO? NONONONONO!I reserved the pavilion. He said no it was the patio..I told him that i spoke to two people cuz i wanted to book it on the phone to assure we get that room, i said ok i went online to book it. Got that done, confirmation security deposit and payment all set and done.I was pretty PO'd by now cuz he was looking like he was going to just brush me under the putting green in the 18th hole but noooooo that was not happening. He offered a $40 discount but we still have the patio.i said noooooooo not good enough..i still want the pavilion, he said can't do it, asked for the manager he said none around and said he was the supervisor..ok so i told him what are you going to do because i did all that i had to do to book that room and apparently it didn't happen. I had my proof, a printed receipt..he conferred with a co worker and finally after 10 minutes and a line of patrons, he decided to give me a $40 discount, a couple of rounds of golf and the room i reserved in the first place and was very polite despite seeing me so upset. That helped a great deal that he defused the situation. After all that, i would call it SUPER CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! MY FAMILY AND I HAD THE BEST TIME OVERALL.
