Truly great experience in the end. Originally ordered a replacement motor for our shop air compressor almost 3 weeks ago. FedEx absolutely lost the item for several days, then delivered it in a damaged box with damaged contents. I was able to process the return with grainger over the phone and order a replacement. The staff was very eager to help, even the call center folks made the process easy.
