If I could give NEGATIVE 10 I would!! I see why their review is only a 3.7 and I should have checked the reviews before attempting to spend any money with them. The staff is the most ABSOLUTE INCOMPETENT STAFF I've ever encountered in all my years of purchasing various furniture! After being there over 4 hours during the day and almost $3,000.00 later, with an attempt to purchase 2 adjustable base beds and a king mattress, I am utterly disappointed and disgusted with them as a whole! I purchased my items, went to the loading dock/ bay and had to wait almost an hour for them to retrieve my merchandise. The staff finally decided to bring my stuff to load. I never purchased adjustable bases before so I did not know what the box(es) would look like. I know this man knew what the merchandise looked like because he emphasized he worked there for 4 years. I knew something was off because he took entirely too long to get my furniture and he and another lady was having sideline conversations, as if they were discussing something about my merchandise. As the gentleman loaded my items I made sure to inquire if BOTH bases were being loaded. This man literally looked me in my face and blatantly lied. His exact words were "Yes, both bases are in the box". With that being confirmed, I had my son discard of my King bed that was being replaced before I got home. I get home unloaded the merchandise, unboxed the product, which the man said had 2 bases in it. Michael was my sales rep and clearly NOT a good one. He didn't even ensure my order was complete. I called the store back, and he apologized stating "Oh there was a mattress in the other box that's why they only gave you one". I was taken aback because again the gentleman who loaded my furniture ensured there was 2 bases. Michael then said to give him 10 mins to research the issue. This should have been done before I left the store. It took Michael almost 40 minutes to call me back. When he did, he said "oh we can have the other base sent to you tomorrow", as if that would have been ok for me to sleep on the floor. I advised I needed my full bed in completion tonight. He then suggested to hold the line and give him a moment, which took another 45 mins- 1hr. Finally he came back and stated they had 2 bases at an alternate store in Suwannee, which was a 2 hour + ride from my home, but the catch to that was I HAD to bring the base back before I can get my bases. There was literally NO incentive to their blatant disregard to their client and the order they purposely messed up. Their clear and only concern was to get the sale/commission. I returned their base and to get my refund it literally took them over 2 hours to process. So on my ONLY day off, I spent the day pretty much working for Rooms to Go, for free, dealing with all this madness. I am totally dissatisfied.    Read moreI bought furniture there a week ago. It was a few days before my closing. I purchased a bedroom set, sectional and living room sofa and loveseat and a dinningroom table ;set). I picked up the couches and they and dinningroom set and agreed to deliver the bedroomset. Delivery was set for August 27th. On rhe 19th I got a text message saying the bedroom set would be delivered on the 20th. I immediately called the store and told them I did not close until the 22nd and to leave the delivery for the 27th. On the 20th they still tried to deliver the furniture. The delivery driver called me really upset saying I wasted his time. I told him I had spoken with the store and he said they never called him. On the 21st I decided to just go pick up the bedroomset (as it was already paid for). They told me they had sold the nightstand and the mattress and I would have to wait until SEPTEMBER 29 for them to order new nightstands. They gave me another matress and claimed it was an upgraded model. Turns out it a less expensive mattress than I paid for. I canceled my order and just said I wanted a refund. The sales rep answering the phone said she would have the manager call me. After 2 hours, I called back and was told the same thing. I still have not gotten that call. Eventually I called back and was told there are NO REFUNDS. When I said I was just going dispute the charges with my creditor, they finally agreed to give me a refund. If you buy something here, TAKE IT WITH YOU IMMEDIATELY. Check to make sure its what you paid for. When I picked up my dinningroom set they had sold one of the arm chairs, after I paid for it and just gave me a mitchmatch chair. There was a leaf for the table that completely disappeared. These is the worst funiture buying experince I have ever had. They are scammers. Dont trust them. They will make you regret it. Read the reviews, they are all consistently describing dishonesty. Also, they have 2 basic replies. Cut and paste and on to scamming the next customer.    Read moreAbout a week or so ago I went into this RTG Outlet to find my son's separate beds or bunk beds. I've visited this location several times but never purchased any items. So, I was aware that some of the merchandise is slightly damaged due to returns. There was a full/full bunk bed that I was interested in however, there was no price tag attached. A sale associate stated that he would assist me but, I would have to wait a while because he had about 5 other customers he was helping. I understood and proceeded to find another associate, didn't want anyone else to snatch up this jewel. The other associate was considerate of her co worker. She asked was someone else helping me. If they were she could not. I assumed that was so the other person would get their commission from my purchase. My apologies for not remembering her name but she was with child. She was very kind and prompt with getting the pricing of the bed. That particular bunk I priced online at other stores and was almost $1000 dollars. The price of RTG returned was $257. I was ecstatic. She asked if I would like to add any other items; in which I chose a very nice rug. I was told they would break down the bed for me and I can ride to the side of the store to retrieve my items. That associates demeanor and character was pleasant and professional the entire time. She was knowledgeable of any questions I asked. I proceeded to pick up what I had just bought. One of the guys who helped break down the bed was explaining how to put it back together. Recognizing one of the pieces appeared to be broken, I asked about it and his reply was "no, you will see how it's put together just screwing it on." While assembling it that piece was bent and broken which is to attach one of the side rails to the bed. That part was the only issue I had but it was no biggie because it really wasn't needed because of the age of my son and that side we put next to the wall.
