The employees here are rude and rushes you with your order. It doesn't matter if you're the only person in the restaurant or the 5th one in line its a black guy who works here (who seems to be there literally everyday) who rushes you from the moment you step up to the counter and he does it in a rude way. I have forgotten food off of my sub that I eat because he has rushed me to the point that I can not even think what's next. Smh! If he do have 5 people in line he would literally force everyone to place their orders at the same time while he is trying to fix all 5 people subs ALL AT THE SAME TIME. (I see him do this every time I come in to order) Which is what happen to me today. I went while on break to order a sub. It was quite a little crowd sitting down to eat. By the time I got to the counter it was only 3 of us (customers) in line. One guy was in front of me and the other guy behind me. The black guy rushed us with all of our orders and fixed our sandwiches at the same time. Another black girl (with attitude wrote all over her face) came from sitting out in the lobby with her kids and started ringing the up us. The guy who was fixing my food by this time had put mayo on my sub. I asked him could he put a little more mayo on there but by the time I was saying little the guy had put way more then just a little. But still being rushed to finish my order and he was to busy asking the guy behind me what did he want on his sub that I couldn't even complain about all the extra mayo he had put on my sandwich. So I sucked it up and proceeded to the register where the black girl was standing at acting like I was bothering her. I didn't get a hey how are you or anything. She just ringed up my order. When she was done and told me the price I asked her did the price include the discount on the sub since it was a special. She told me with the rudest attitude ever that its showing on her screen that I got the special's price (as if I can see what was on her side of the screen) I told her I was just trying to clarify because I've came there and order that same order on multiple occasions and I was being overcharged every time. Her eyes got big like she was ignored and told me I'm telling you that it rung up with the special's price but your price is still gonna be this price. I said ok and left out feeling really ignored. I get here to work to eat my sandwich only to open it up to mayo everywhere. So much mayo on my sandwich that it was all on the outside of the wrapper just running everywhere because of all the oil and vinegar he swung across it. So now I have wasted $8 dollars and some change because I refused to eat this mayo sandwich. Which leads me here because this is not my first nor second time or third time experiencing this same exact thing here at this restaurant where I wasted money because I just couldn't eat it. Smh! I do not have money to waste and even if I did I don't have it to waste with your business especially with poor customer service. Every time I come there to eat either the black guy has his son running around in diapers all behind the counter while he is fixing orders or the light skin black girl has her 3-4 daughters there out hanging in the lobby or in front of the building. I'm all for people bringing their kids to work when they don't have a baby sitter but they need to learn how to be more discreet with them. They also need to slow it down a notch so that each customers can actually think about what they are ordering and have a better attitude at doing so. I want be eating here in a while due to this reason along. Doesn't look like the Manager really cares either seeing that yall don't even take out the time to respond back to your reviews. Smh!
