i've gone there twice and i've always had to keep a watchful eye on them because they never do my nails right. they never want to do anything and do minimal effort in fixing my nails. they won't fix their mistakes unless you tell them too and won't take a moment to see what they're doing. they are just trying to finish fast. first time i went to do a mani pedi and they left one of my nails with ruined nail polish. i went to go do acrylics with them the second time and the lady made them crooked and lifted and was blaming them on my nail shape. i will not be going here again. UPDATE: it's been about a week and one nail fell off, one is not glued on right it keeps getting caught in my hair, and my right thumb...

My daughter & I have been coming to this salon for over a year. We get our nails & hair done here. I can honestly tell you that you can't go wrong with any of the technicians nor stylists. They are all excellent! Jerry, since day one, has been my hair stylist. I normally just go to him for a cut & blow dry. There have been occasions where I have not had a chance to color my roots & brought mine in for an extra charge of $20. Keep in mind that this only for my roots. Today I came in & was told that the price went up from $20 to $45 for coloring my roots with my own color. I cancelled my hair appt.!!!!!! SHAME ON YOU!!!!! You have no loyalty to your long term customers. I will definitely not return...

Going here was such a pleasure. I rushed over here after coming from another salon that cut my hair completely uneven, after going in for a keratin treatment.

Cindy was so kind and welcoming over the phone. She immediately let me come in for a consultation, and after discussing the different types of Keratin they offered, I decided to go ahead with their 200$ option. She even gave me a discount because of the horrible experience I had at my other salon. Cindy was such a joy to work with she evened out my hair and did my keratin meticulously. My hair looks so wonderful and she even gave me some delicious homemade bread she had made!
