I was extremely disappointed with the customer service during my recent visit to El Palacio de los Jugos. It felt like the staff had no interest in whether I returned or not. The overall attitude was rude and dismissive, and there seemed to be a serious lack of communication between the different counters.

I asked one staff member if they had pork chunks, and she repeatedly told me they didn’t. There was no effort to help or clarify. As I was walking out, I noticed that the pork chunks were actually available at a different counter something she could’ve easily pointed out instead of brushing me off. It was frustrating and avoidable.

This used to be a place known for its warm, welcoming service and authentic food, but sadly, that doesn’t seem to be the case anymore. It now feels like you’re inconveniencing them by simply placing an order. I hope management takes note and improves the customer experience, because the food deserves better representation than the service...

We went there for a quick breakfast and ended up waiting nearly 20 minutes to get the Pan con Tortilla and Media Noche sándwiches. We did get the cafe con leche right away, since they make it right as you order. Since we order for dine in, they didn't make our sandwiches right away, they prioritized the take out orders. We noticed people who ordered after us get their food before us. And as more people came and left with there food, we watched them complete and fill other orders before us. We had to ask about our food before they made ours. The Pan con Tortilla was good, however, the Media Noche was cold and the cheese was not even melted.

They should make the food in the order that it comes in, rather than prioritize the takeout orders. If you go, you may want to order for take out even if you are going to eat at the tables, they have there. You may want to order the pre made food,...
