I am not one to complain, but I really feel the need. Was recommended to Jayzees by a co-worker. Bought a new house with a pool that was in bad shape, they said they would open it for me and see what we need to do. Gave them the address, let them know the house was vacant and I would need a call 30 min prior so I could meet them and we could come up with a plan to fix the mess of a pool (it was neglected for a couple years). I request rather than opening the pool, a service call of sorts so I didn't waste their time. They wanted to open it and we could see what we needed to do. The day of the opening, I get a call from my contractor working at the house saying the pool guys are there and he handed the phone to the pool guy, it was 330 roughly, I told the guy I requested a call 30 min prior, and told him I was on the way. He told me he may be there, there was nothing he could do with it so when he packed up, they would be leaving. I get there and there was 4 people maybe 5 ( I had other contractors at the home), and they were all complaining about the pool, the location (house was in Townsend) its to far from their office. It needs this, it needs that, all they did was complain about every aspect of the job and my home. I was very clear what they were up against. They put parts in the pool that I didnt approve of, it was only $16 but had they called me like they were supposed to I could have given them the missing parts (they were in the pool box).
This was probably the worst service experience I have ever had, the techs were miserable, the office staff scheduled my appointment, knowing the address and then used the location as an excuse for the poor service and techs attitude , and said we wont service due to location, and didn't wanna help me in anyway with a solution for the pool. So I paid $400 for them to remove the cover and $16 in parts I didn't need, and then tell me they couldn't service me. The cover was just a tarp also.
I called the office to discuss about it, but it fell on def ears. They didn't care, I am not a difficult person, I run a service business. the way I was treated was unacceptable. But on a brighter note, I did find another company who was absolutely amazing to deal with, I ended up spending $8000 with this great company, and now I can say I have a pool that my kids can enjoy.
So Jayzee, I put your check in the mail, because I agreed to the opening fee, it was a complete waste of...
Read moreA great company to deal with!! We bought a home that came with an above ground pool, of which I know nothing about. They came out, opened the pool, told me its condition and checked it out. They didnât try to see me anything I didnât need but I did need a new cover. They actually went back to their store and brought it back to my house. Definitely above and beyond service. The price for the service call and cover were very reasonable and I couldnât be happier. I definitely recommend them and Iâll be using them when itâs time to open the pool...
Read moreI canât say enough about JayZees, they have taught us more in the last year about pools and chemicals than we have known of thought since we got our pool 6 years ago. They are the most down to earth people. I canât rave about them enough. Everyone I talk to about pools I send to them. They deserve the business. They are such honest people. If you donât need something they wonât sell it to you just to make money off of you. Or if your getting bulk they always I mean always make sure your getting the best price. Such great business,...
