Burger King — Restaurant in Maryland

It's amazing how you could be having a very good day, only to deal with fast food workers and they nasty attitudes and lack of customer service turns your mood around. The person who took my order through the drive thru sounded annoyed, fine. The person at the first window couldn't take my payment tells me to go to the next window, fine. I pay at the next window the girl never brings my receipt, fine I assume it will be on the bag. The girl brings me the cups no cup holder even though I have 3 drinks. She disappears again, someone gives me my drinks. I wait about 5-10 for my food. I let them know I'm missing some of my order. They say "what size" I ask for my receipt I'm told "you should have gotten it at the 1st window" I inform them what happened. "Oh well we can't give you the receipt up here, there's nothing we can do" I ask for sauce they try and charge me. I tell them I ordered chicken nuggets and chicken fries. They give me 1 sauce. I ask for more. With attitude and looking annoyed (cause they have a reason to be annoyed) they give me 1 more then slam the window. Never again will I spend my money with this BK. Food was cold considering how long I waited it shouldn't have been cold. I can only assume they up charged me for cheese even though I didn't...

I called the Burger King yesterday (double checked the number to make sure it was this one) to see if they had the Naruto Collab meal with toys early or if I had to wait until Monday when it officially releases and was told by the person on the phone they're available now.

I get in today, like 3 ish, looking forward to it after work and was told they didn't have it by the sweet cashier. While I was leaving another worker also told me they didn't have them but I didn't hear so I walked back in and they said in a tone I felt was rude they didn't have them and she was telling me "so I didn't come back" asking about them.

I dont hold this against the burger king but felt it was very rude how the one worker handled it. And I could've at least got an explanation why? Like if they weren't going to recieve the toys...
