If you are still interested in participating in any water sport activity then we can take you this up coming weekend for a lower rate. We apologize 🏝” I requested to reschedule at a time that was convenient for us, rather than being dictated when to book after over 48 hours went by from my request this is the response a threat!!! : “If we see any form of negative behavior we have a right to deny you. Cancellations are normal we have our own policy if you look through our FAQ on the website. You are not the only guest we are accommodating so you need to be patient, we apologize for wait. Cancellations happen during accidents, emergencies, local events, bad weather, intoxicated guest & guest with bad behavior. The permit you have works anywhere in Florida. It is needed in other to drive by law. We have been successful since 2015 providing a fun safe experience for all of our guest. If you have a issue with our policy you are welcome to visit other companies in Florida 🏝 If not please be patient while we get to you. My family had a great time however I could not enjoy because I was too afraid and the instructor doesn’t want to give me my portion back because I sat on the jetski. That’s when I knew I was afraid and said no I don’t want to do it! Beware of your hard earned money! Don’t sit on the jetski if it’s a possibility you may be afraid! He also would push me out in the water to try and make me do the jetski when I had already said no!

RESPONSE TO OWNER: This man is lying! I’m not going back and forth with you although you did keep trying to push the jetski out into the water. I’ve always been taught NO means NO! I just want everyone to know how janky you are! Also why would I bribe you with a tip to give me my money back? I have messages between us as well which what my bf said was he would give you a tip for him and my daughters ride. They had fun on the lake! When he found out my experience and that you didn’t want to give my money back that’s when we didn’t give you a tip! Makes perfect sense! Why would we at that point? Purchased an hour of time to ride a Jetski from Groupon. After I purchased the service, I was given a phone number to call to make my reservation. I called the number and no one answered. The recording stated the voicemail wasn’t set up. I’ve never called a business that doesn’t have a business recording and also doesn’t even have voicemail set up. I then sent an email to request the reservation and later received a text from the “company”. Whoever was messaging me said I needed to pay a $30 reservation fee and a link to their website to pay. The link allows you give purchase a “none refundable” reservation.

To many red flags with the company, from the lack of phone contact to the sketchy website I was directed to so that I could pay more than the amount of the purchased voucher.
