Customer Service is so bad. I had a lady on the phone tell me i could pick up a bag that i saw online and she would price check it for me. I came to thestore and they all looked so confused as if I didn't call earlier to confirm that i would come by. One of the main floor workers (she was white wearing a short black skirt that day) rudely told me they couldn't help. She could've at least asked what was the illiterate worker who picked up the phone was. They need to better inform their workers and to not give the wrong information. Luckily I called another Kate Spade store that was able to help me and price matched the bag I had requested. If they didn't have the bag available they could've said that on the phone instead of making me drive to Clarksburg just so the clueless manager tell me she couldn't do the purchase. Talk about...
