Please reconsider if you are thinking about laying your loved one to rest here. My Uncle was buried in July 2021, and they said they would have his marker in 6-9 months. Through much back and forth with the person at this location, and with corporate, his grave marker was FINALLY put down April 2023. Absolutely unacceptable. When I asked about the grave marker in March 2023, they first did not know where it was, asking me to re-check the proof (insinuating we did not complete our end of the order.) Then the man at the desk (David) blamed COVID, insulting me with, "What, you would rather they ship a grave marker over baby formula?"
In summary, this company lied to us, disrespected us, wouldn't call us back with updates/information and it has been very hard for our family as we just want to visit our loved ones. We have five family members at this cemetery and even so, were treated with such offense that we sought legal assistance.
Again, please, avoid the added grief of fighting for your loved one's final resting place to be kept up- the employees at StoneMor Partners L.P. do not keep their word. However, they will gladly take/keep your money and forget all about their promises to...

Dan was the consummate professional in bringing us up to speed with the final arrangements package for Deacon Davis, and he spent considerable time educating us in all aspects of the pre-need contract, burial arrangements and the burial process. He researched the pre-need package for Deacon Davis and discovered it permitted the burial of 4 family members of Deacon Davis in the two purchased plots, with two opening and closings fully paid for including two vaults.

Read moreMy grandfather was buried on July 26, 2021 in the mausoleum, my grandmother went to visit him today and the plaque (paid for by the family already) still has not been placed on his tomb. My mom was patient, waited 7 months before calling David and was told she needed to be patient, that he would call her when he had information, he's still not called. My grandmother and mom are so upset. Our family, my grandfather especially, is being disrespected. Yahrzeit is in a month, he doesn't have plaque, we're completely heartbroken. Our lawyer will be called this week.
