I am not usually the kind of person that write bad reviews, but I feel this is a necessary one. Yesterday I went to Luke’s Liquidations Warehouse and my experience wasn’t that good. I was planning to get a piece of furniture but since I saw the one I liked, I knew it would not be possible to fit it in my car. Gave them the car measurements and the possibility to split the piece into two separate pieces, which was possible. But, they forced it into my car, started to dismantle my car just to make it fit. In the process they scratched the furniture. All this happening at the same time that my wife was paying. We couldn’t get the furniture but they charged us $10.00 for the scratches made by their employees to the furniture. Now, who’s going to pay for the scratches made to my car? They were rude, neglected their customer and it seems they don't really care. It is very frustrating to see. Customer service is the worst, horrible service is how I would summarize Luke’s Liquidations Warehouse.
By the way, the answer given below is totally wrong. And it’s obvious that the person giving the answer wasn’t there. I was the one who told Jose (your employee) that it would not fit in my car. He didn’t know what kind of car I...
Read moreBought several ceiling fans from them and less than 2 weeks later, the motor is acting up for each. It is making a weird noise and it just stops randomly. They supposedly conduct a “test” in infront of you, and when they did I saw the guy who worked there unplug it quickly and the motor on the fan stalled. They must have messed it up. I should have just gone to Lowe’s or Home Depot as these fans didn’t even last me 2 weeks. They might try and say it was the guy who installed my ceiling fans but he has installed ceiling fans for nearly all my friends and my mother, and has never “messed” one up. This place also has a zero return policy and a sign at the place that states so. They also did my transaction incorrect to begin with. It’s best to go to Home Depot or Lowe’s or any place that has some sort of return policy. Don’t waste your time unless you want to deal with broken/faulty ceiling fans in less than 2 weeks of...
Read moreThese people lost my business. I went in there to buy cabinets and it was a very nice liquidation place. I found a cabinet and ask the sales associate how much was the cabinets and he said $160. I said great I will take two of them and asked about assembly arrange a ride for the pick up. I get to the front and the same sales associate and other workers change the price that was confirmed by 3 people now changed to $183.00 because of the size. How did size become an issue when the display is the same item I want. Then they all teamed up to say this is the price and I got the size wrong. How could have the size wrong when I am buying the unassembled one that your displaying. They didn’t even have the courtesy to say we ate sorry we will honor the price we told you. It was just No this is now the price. They have lost my business I will never...
