Galaxy Kitchen Cabinets — Local services in Winter Park

*May 24th 2025 * The worst experience with this company. They came and demolished the counter tops from both kitchens, Made damages to the kitchen area walls. I submitted pictures to my visa and still the day I haven’t gotten refund back my money. And this company knows all about it. And they haven’t being honest in returning my money back yet?! My counter tops were done by another company and they did a great job! PLEASE RERUN MY MONEY BACK!!!

• January 3rd, 2025 * I messaged Haya the owner on Dec 14th again to see if she reached out to come back & replace the Quartz Counter Top. And she never got back to me. Until I again messaged her on Dec 20th. Her offered was only convenient to them. And I didn’t agree to her offer. How in the world she offered to replace the quartz when I change the cabinets?… I have the best pure solid wood from this other kitchen cabinets company. And she is offering me to replace the countertop later in the future?…Her offer doesn’t make any sense and it’s so unprofessional!I have added more pictures of ours last messages from December 20th, 2024 below. for everyone to see it and read it. So that you are very aware of this company.Her workers are the one doing the job wrong and then she is threatening me putting a lien hold to my property?!.

December 14th,2024 .Please be aware of this company. The guys Haya sent don’t know what they are doing.They made a big mistake from the beginning installing my quartz counter tops. I called Haya and I explained what was happening. I have 2 small apartment And both are the same. The kitchen its wall to wall. But the position of the small kitchen switch around. And they couldn’t notice the difference and on the countertop cut it on the wrong side.They also wasn’t leveling the counter top. Because supposedly that wasn’t their job?!And they were going to leave it crooked.Haya and her employees were saying that that wasn’t their job to put a piece of wood under?! Then she decided to do it..Was a very cheap wood a little tiny stick they used. Like the one Lowe’s gives to shake the cans of paint ! which looks very bad unprofessional. I even offered them some left over white baseboards to use if they needed. Because definitely would have looked way better if they would have had used my white baseboards!Note: She also ignores the messages. And just response when she wants. Sometimes took over a week to respond and then she is making excuses that the job was already done on October??And that her company it’s very busy?!!! When I paid her everything in full before the job was done ?!I don’t know why she requested to get paid in advance. When any company will just get it don’t before getting pay in specially when it’s a small job!Like I said my contractor just discovered it which it’s the reason why I contacted her as soon my contractor informed me about it.But Haya took a long time to respond and just claiming she already finished the job ???!Please- Be aware of this company I told her I was gonna do a dispute to my credit card so that way I can hire another Company to get the job done well.And she threatened me saying that she was going to put a lien to my property as soon my dispute cleared. • Now I am stuck because of their unprofessionalism. And not knowledgeable on what their job on what they are doing. I will really appreciate it if your company comes back and replace the counter top. From the beginning the cut was done wrong. Because was supposed to be little holes 🕳️ 🕳️🕳️🕳️ Not a rectangle cut ! But I let it passed because I needed to get this project done asap.I don’t need to do a dispute to my visa if you come back and replace the whole counter top.And you don’t have any right to put a lien to my property.In 1st place your workers/employees are the ones doing the job wrong! If i would have known you put lien holds to the properties. And even it’s your workers fault doing the job wrong.I would have never hired...

Galaxy Cabinets Lee - June 25, 2020 - Orlando In the process of getting multiple cabinet price estimates, I stopped at Galaxy Cabinets one afternoon where I met and talked with Moe. He made an appointment to come to my house to take measurements . . . later that same afternoon! I was impressed with his earnestness and flexibility to act immediately He asked questions and made lots of suggestions to my comments. I ordered the contemporary White Shaker Cabinets with their simple and clean lines. Several times I stopped at Galaxy and asked Moe to make changes and to add onto my order . . . which he did very graciously. We had very good open communication. All cabinets arrived as planned and everything was exactly as ordered. They are sturdy and beautiful. All soft-closed doors and drawers fit perfectly and I truly appreciate their quiet closing. What was especially pleasing was knowing how doors are made in pieces – but you cannot see any joint seams – very professionally made and painted. The “pro-installer” had an eye for finishing details and all doors and drawers were lined up perfectly. I am thrilled and very happy with the cabinets. The new quartz counter tops are beautiful! They were there when they said they would be, and made everything fit beautifully. I have received a lot of good comments from friends and neighbors. Everyone that sees my kitchen loves it, I am extremely pleased with and want to thank the entire team from Galaxy Cabinets for their diligence and excellent work on this project, for going all out to please and to meet my individual needs as a customer. They were very easy to interact with and had great camaraderie with one another. One year update. I still love my new kitchen but my blue cabinets are chipping. We contacted Moe several times about a paint pen. He brought us over a USED pen that was empty with the promise of ordering us a new one. We never heard back. In addition to that there were several spots where they touched up the cabinets after they were installed. It wasn’t easy to see at first but in certain lighting you can tell. That really annoyed me since I paid for brand new cabinets, not repaired ones but I let that go. Not to mention the installer damaged my refrigerator then lied to my face saying it wasn’t him. I had taken lots of before photos and videos that day and even some of them removing the old kitchen with a perfect refrigerator. I had to remove the dent myself. Mo did nothing to fix it. There is still a small dent reminder every single day. I was willing to look past all these things but now with chipping cabinets I thought I better let Orlando know what they are getting into.

I contacted Moe from Galaxy Cabinets after seeing them recommended on a local fb group. The person recommending mentioned they did everything. I didn’t want the hassle of hiring different companies for different jobs. Galaxy is one stop shop! From the time of estimate until demo day Moe was patient with me and all my changes and even offered his expert advice which I took! We communicated through Facebook and was answered quickly. Not only did my project start earlier then estimated they were done quickly. His entire team of installers were very nice, knowledgeable and respectful.
