Softgolf — Attraction in Clemmons

When searching for a family activity, I remembered seeing Soft Golf while at Tanglewood. One quick google search later, I had signed up for a tee time for the four of us. We started about 8pm, checked in, got our soft balls and clubs (you get a set of three to carry). After a quick demonstration of the rules, and a grab of a scorecard, we were off. About 30 minutes into our game, the owner came around and turned in the lights - and the tee boxes and tees glowed! We could twirl our balls, and clubs under the black lights of the tee boxes! I heard about Softgolf from a friend. I decided to give it a shot and brought my 10 year old granddaughter along to play. She participates in the First Tee program and her skill level continues growing and I have been golfing since about 12 years old (40 years). I'm currently about a 14 handicap. I can't stress how much fun we had today and how similar to traditional golf Softgolf is. My granddaughter hasn't stopped talking about what a blast today was and can't wait to go back. Our family has really enjoyed playing softball over the last couple of years. It is such a joy to experience this game with my wife and daughter, and we enjoy how much fun we have every time we come out and play. Additionally, the owners and employees are so extremely nice, helpful, and so passionate about this sport.
