StorWise Self Storage - Kerrville — Attraction in Kerrville

I was absolutely shocked at how kind and compassionate Amanda was today! Not only is it Saturday when they’re closed but it’s Easter weekend, and yet she called me back and let me give her my card info to pay off my moms storage unit who had to leave last minute to move out of state and was behind on her bill, AND even though she was busy with her daughter (Sweet little one that was wanting her attention while we were talking) she offered to drive down to the office unlock it for my mom and run the payment so that she could get her stuff out! This is the complete opposite of the experiences I’ve had with places like Public Storage! If that’s not worth a 5 star review, idk what is! Thank you, we are forever...

StorWise has done a great job all the way around, but yesterday evening Amanda went above and beyond. When I couldn’t get into my unit because my lock was acting up, she insisted on meeting me at the unit with WD-40 to help. Turns out it was user error, so she didn’t have to make the trip, but the sentiment was greatly appreciated! Besides their customer service, I appreciate their autopay set up, their communication and their onsite security which now includes a gate which can only be accessed by your personal code....

This was not my first encounter with Storewise & Amanda. A couple friends and myself were discussing will it fit, will it not.

When the decision was made to store the furniture the three of us all suggested Amanda & Storewise.

We were not aware that each other had used Storewise before.

So, we each rate Amanda and Store wise for a score of 33. That's eleven...
