The Cosmetics Company Store — Attraction in Clarksburg

This Cosmetics Company Store in Clarksburg is the best. I think most of the people here are giving bad reviews because of the company's No Return/Exchange policy on items that are on sale. Then multiple signs stating the policy...too many if you ask me, but from reading some of these other reviews I guess that many signs are necessary. If your issue is with the company policies than you should contact their cooperate office to make changes. You cant blame the workers for doing their jobs. The prices are great and the staff there are always so helpful and nice. Here are some helpful tips: Check out the sale signs before checking out. 2.As a company they don't color match foundations but the Clarksburg store always offers to help. I think shipments come on Wednesdays ( but I could be wrong). They dont always have all colors for certain products so I would call first. (Especially if your driving far). 5.You cant buy more than 5 of the exact same product. ( I don't know why this is but whatever) There is a maximum spending limit per customer. I think it's like $700 or $800. Just ask someone there and they will let you know what it is. Love this place. Hope this...

Wish I could give ZERO star ratings! Horrible staff- super rude and arrogant! I had been there couple of weeks back and was looking at the products that were put up in promotions- just to be clear there was NO DISPLAY of what was inside the product and hence I was opening the product and the sales attendant snatched the product out of my hand- which to my shock was that she didn't do that with any other customer. I felt very insinuated!!!!! And told me that you cannot open this product, and I pointed to her that there was no sign here that mentions that and also that she could have been a little nice about it. To which she was unapologetic and said you can ask for her a staff help if needed. And even though she realized about her behavior she was completely unapologetic and disregarded my presence there! HORRIBLE!!!!

Snobby staff. I asked about an item price and was directed to check the price of the sample item. I asked for assistance to find the labeled price of a sample item and there was none in existence, so the employee had to scan the item to tell me the price. This happened a second time and I expressed how frustrating it was that prices of items were not listed so I would have to depend on the employees to scan the items to tell me the price. An associate was RUDE AGAIN and reiterated that prices can be found on the sample items. There are no prices on the shelves!! I was looking to spend money at this store and was hoping to receive expert assistance. Unfortunately, the associate was extremely snobby and was not willing to help me with my questions. I walked out feeling frustrated and will never come here again. I can find sales online from the same brands with better customer service and more recent releases. DON'T BOTHER WITH THIS PLACE. They treated me like dirt....it really felt like a Pretty...
