The Heights at Sawnee Village Apartments — Attraction in Cumming

I searched high and low for several months visiting almost every city in Atlanta for an apartment, until I came across this little gem in countryside Cumming. This is an ideal place to live if you want to get away from the rat race of the city. This apartment complex is gorgeous, new, beautifully decorated and they pride themselves on maintaining both the inside and outside of the complex. Steve Jones, the property manager is both professional, friendly and welcoming and has a true commitment to wanting you to have a good experience and enjoy your stay. I am always greeted a genuine happy smile by both him and Victoria at the front desk and I feel just at home. Maintenance is excellent and Gil is always there asap to help with anything you need. Very impressed by the property and the staff. I walked in just looking for information as I just received my 90 day notice for lease renewal at my current apartment just a few minutes down the road and am looking to move. I wasn’t looking to sign anything just yet; however, upon meeting Aidan and Victoria, getting a tour, and speaking with them— I was put at ease & I felt confident enough to actually sign today! If you are looking for a place to live in Cumming, no need to search further. This is the place! These new buildings with brand new luxurious apartments are equipped with high brand appliances. We loved everything we saw on the tour with Steve Jones, who has shown his knowledge in all floor plans, learned our need quickly and directed us to our dream apartment.
