The Ritz-Carlton Golf Club, Orlando, Grande Lakes — Attraction in Oak Ridge

Moat golfers spend about $50 on a box of TP5 golf balls. This place uses them as rangeballs. Amazed from the start.

Staff was excellent from moment I drove up. Pro shop warned me about recent arification. I'm very glad he did becasue if he didn't I would have been rudely surprised on the course. Given the "reduced" price becasue of the arification and the fact I was the only golfer on the course the conditions didn't really bother me. I would have liked to see better conditions but I was told as I was checking in. This is the reason why I posted pictures of the locker room only becasue posting current condition pictures wouldn't be fair.

The layout was rather easy and bland. So was the landscaping. I was more impressed by Hawks Landing, another Marriott course, by its resort style landscaping and routing. After playing today I have no clue why the pros don't shoot 8 under each round with ease. Greens don't have much movement, very subtle. No hard hazards to hit over as long as you know your distances of your shots. Don't have to work the ball left or right. Like I said, O found it a rather straightforward layout. No choices to make just hit and go.

I went only becasue of the PNC Championship. If it wasn't for that this place is nowhere worth the price. I'm happy with what I paid today given this one time experience as my personal goal is to play as many PGA courses the pros play on as possible.

Golfers haven't played here much recently during aerification because it took 5 minutes for the water to get warm in the shower. Towels, supplies, carts..everything was as if nobody has been...

Can you not show the PNC golf Chaimpshop with out having the cameras on the WOODS Team every second of the tournament. I mean it unreal to watch this tournament the whole time it's broadcast it WOODS WOODS WOODS. Get real and show who leads the tournament and others who play instead of someone who is not winning. Absoutley ridiculous the whole tournament is surrounded by Woods team winning or not. They are not the only team playing in this tournament and not the only people who play the game of golf. It would be very nice to see some of the other Pro Golfers and there children since this is the only tournament we get to really see the children of the the Pro Golfer's who play this game. I am sure others feel the same way. Seems like everything is about the WOODS Team. Get real its a new day. There are other Golfers besides them that people who are watching the tournament that would like to see. Absoutley ridiculous the camera shows them the whole time and the announcements think they are the only team playing. They are not the only team playing so show the other teams and give them credit for the great shots they do instead of WOODS team all the time. Remember PALMER NICHOLAS AND PLAYER ARE THE GREATEST GOLFERS WHO BROUGHT THIS GAME TO WHERE IT IS TODAY. So get with the time and show ALL THE TEAMS WHO ARE PLAYING INSTEAD OF JUST...

Extremely poor customer service. Tried to order food at 8AM before tee off and as soon as a I walk up the lady shuts down the food stand and says I have to get it from her in the cart. I then go to cart and wait in line and watch people cut in front of me. I tell the lady multiple times the people are cutting the line in front of me and she proceeds to serve them and when I point it out she puts her hand up to my face and tells me I’m serving them first because she didn’t hear me any of the five times I told her they were cutting. I now have to spend 18 holes with this rude person as the only way I can order on the course. If I a choice, I will encourage my group to choose another venue. Nobody should be put in a bad mood by rude staff before...
