Y’all! I love this place. I was visiting from out of state and wandered into Top Shelf Botanicals totally clueless and dealing with some pretty rough chronic pain. Let me tell you, the staff is wonderful —Victoria was a gem. She was so knowledgeable, kind, and never made me feel out of place for not knowing what I was doing.

The shop itself had a cozy, welcoming vibe and more options than a Sunday buffet. Prices were fair, and the service? Top tier. If you’re passing through or just need some down-to-earth help from someone who knows their stuff, go see Victoria. She turned what could’ve been an overwhelming experience into something easy, helpful, and dare I say—enjoyable.

I just purchased a disposable vape. Hits great, tastes great! The girl working was very nice and knowledgeable. I applaud her! She handle a bad situation with ease and maturity. manager Who usually helps me bust throw the door in a tirade, doing what looked like robbing them, swearing and yelling about everyone who worked there. Including this new girl, afterward she told me they had never even met so far. Poor girl....

Great service super knowledgeable about strains and chemical composition. Hence the two stars. The product out of five strains all taste like the weren't properly flushed. Tastes like mold or fertilizer tea. The last two weeks flush with water to fix this issue. Great looking product. Just nasty nasty. From a place calling themselves top shelf I would have expected better. Next visit I'm praying...
