Great Parking to start N or S (right or left) on the Kortum Trail. Winding and several branch off trail options, this path & view are peaceful, quiet, well traveled, and can go for miles! I went 7 miles to the north and 3.5 miles to the south. Beautiful area to explore for the day - coastline views and various elevations with several beach access hikes.

Lovely hike along the coast on the cliffs. It’s pretty flat the whole time only one real up/down to a beach which though it’s a trail makes it a pretty accessible walk. Plenty of beach access points along the way if you want to head down to the water. Lovely either in the sun or when the fog rolls in

Beautiful trail - not quite a loop but more of an out and back. If you go to the Shell Beach parking lot there's a basic bathroom (no soap or water) next to the trail head. if it's recently rained make sure you wear waterproof shoes! It can get REALLY squishy!!

A definite spot to visit when you want to see beauty at it's best. Beaches all the way down and many shells, star fish and crabs. Hey if you like clams and muscles this is the place to visit. Read your guide books make sure it's ok to pick the clams and muscles. Some areas are protected areas and the law is on it out in the area.
