I truly wish I could leave less than a one star! The customer service was horrible. It is run by a bunch of unprofessional children! They assured me I would get a call in 2 to 3 hours. When I dropped off the five large bags of clothing, all in extremely good shape, some still new with tags shoes that have never been worn. The young girl, repeatedly emphasize how important it was that if I did not return by 8 PM, they would donate all of my items! I waited the entire day, and when 7 PM rolled around, I decided I better call them. I explained that nobody had ever called me. Oh yes, you can come up Was their response. When I arrived, they informed me that they only wanted two of my items for $7.50. I kind of felt like they were hoping I didn’t call so they could just steal all of my items. Never did I receive an apology or an explanation! Don’t waste your time with this joke of a resale store, Plato’s Closet has extremely good customer service and would never play these games!!

WOW! Now I understand why the employees are so terrible with customer service. the response given by the owner/manager is about the same rudeness!! I will not be cornered into having to defend my items. I know what I brought and that is not even the point!! I am happy to just drop them off at a worthy womens shelter. Plato's closet would have never argued with me and put me in a position to defend myself!! I have managed at Nordstom and other high end retailers and won awards in customer service!!...

I took in yezzies never worn Tim's worn exactly 4 times and a bunch more exclusive and might I add in better shape than anything on there shelves and they told me they couldn't buy any of my items .... Telegraph is not doing legitimate business if you ask me I feel discriminated against or the staff are doing illegitimate practices listening to others instead of making a fair and honest appraisal.... Gangstalking is real and illegal I hope others don't share my experience... Also I asked for the manager and maybe she maybe she wasn't, but I asked if there was some one above her I could share my unpleasant experiences with and she told me she's the owner not possible in my opinion? Who is the owner if not this young lady ? I'm sure they worked real hard to obtain such a place , does it bother you someone is taking credit for your hard work ? Thank you for this opportunity to shed some light on how corrupt practices can be...

So....It says on the website you guys buy every season all seasons. And I had brought in 2 huge bags of just laundered clothes. With everything from tanks, jeans, jackets to shoes and t-shirts. Along with jewelry, a couch purse in almost perfect condition, and at least 10 infinitity scarves. And a couple beanie hats... And all you guys bought was one pair of jeans and a pair of boots... and I got offered 8.00 for the pair of them. I dont know I was pretty disappointed with the outcome. Considering 98% of the items were name brand. And the boots were $95.00 brand new only worn once. .... just disappointed with the outcome. Esp the amount of time, energy, an laundry soaps I wasted to make sure everything was perfect for selling.

But the store is cool and is very clean. Also doesn't smell like a resale shop which i appreciate. It smells very nice in store.

Just wish I had made some money...
