Taco Bell — Restaurant in Missouri

Apparently this Taco Bell is having issues reading orders and following instructions. I went through drive thru twice within a week's time and both times had messed up orders. The first time, I had made the mistake in going home before checking the food. Accidents happen though and I figured to give them another shot, but unfortunately for me came up with the same results (a messed up order). Fortunately though I checked my food before driving off the second time and went back in line through the drive thru. Once I approached the window I explained that my order had been messed up and I would like for all the food to be remade as it was not fresh any more due to the extra 20 min it took to get back to the window. The person took my bag of food and after about ten min claimed to have remade the food BUT that it was only one taco that was messed up (which wasn't true as there were at least three that were out of my order of six things.). This remark was unnecessary on her part as she came off as snarky. And even if her claim was true that it was just one thing messed up, I should suffer and eat cold food because of their mistake? Anyway the food in the bag seemed oddly suspicious as it looked like the items that were correct were just put back in the bag and the items that were messed up were just scraped off. I have had good service here in the past but there is nothing that turns me off more than rude employees that dont know how to read the orders correctly. Buyer Beware on this one especially those who attempt the drive thru, check your food...

Waited in drive-through for 25 minutes. Didn’t get half of my order and the other half was upside down and disassembled in my bag all mixed together. When I went inside to ask for the rest of my order, I was treated like an idiot as they explained what a quesadilla was and how it might be flat and at the bottom of my bag. So the rude employee double checked my bag since I’m too stupid to know what a Quesadilla is, even though I’m the one who ordered it.. after another 10 minutes I got my quesadilla which was practically inside out. There was more sauce on the outside, Sticking it to the bag, then there was on the inside of the actual quesadilla. Also, My three tacos had enough of meat, if all combined, for one spoonful. I know this because I had to reassemble my tacos, since they were all mixed together at the bottom of the bag. And last but not least, I don’t know how many fries are supposed to be in the cheese fries, but I had got seven. I literally had seven fries. These are the reasons I don’t go to Taco Bell...

Best experience on a Taco Bell starting christie. She greeted me and as she was taking my order actually talked to me cause all the taco bells around here don't put enough sour cream on taco salad or tomatoes so order extra sour and look at the pic and food was fast and had excellent presentation didn't even look like I was eating fast food in my opinion I think this story is the best Taco Bell I've been to in the st. Louis area. So haven't been here in a while and just came back again to the area and had to stop in again since first time service what great and again Christie aka the manager took my order and I got my drink and by the time I sat everything on the table my food was ready. Hot and fresh again and they loaded it down like last time. And she checks in on you and making sure ur experience is the best u can have.
