Won't be back! It's a shame as it is my go-to location within a mile of my house. Buckle up for this ride! 11:42AM 1-21-23 Drive through order. Was told there was a wait on normal tenders, no big deal, I'll take spicy since they are ready. 2 orders of ghost wings, please.... oh they only have 1 available. Okay, 1 it is. A spicy chicken sandwich.... nope, no patties today at all. Well, okay... I guess another order of spicy tenders. Now to decide what I want, heck with it, I'll just keep it the same. "And a final order of spicy tenders." Which i hear back "uuugh! How many more tender orders DO you want?! Ugh. " At this point I was done. I can deal with being out of stuff, but that isn't my fault. Don't be rude to me as I need to adjust my entire family's order on the fly because you are out of things. So the ordering process is done. Let's pull around to pay and get the food home. As I'm handed the first off 3 drinks I'm told "we don't have any drink holders, just take it. " ..... not helping! I asked for some sauces to be told they were in the bag... 1 of each, ha. Get the food home and my order of Mac n cheese has been swapped with mashed potatoes, and they omitted a side of fries. At least we had the food.... but it all tasted old. My 9 year old daughter, the person that wanted Popeyes, said she wouldn't finish it as "it tasted like it had been sitting out". Out of food happens, rudeness like that shouldn't! Order mishaps happen, but when you compile all this together... I'm done. If someone from Popeyes wants to contact me, I'll gladly discuss this further, but this location is known for this and wife has had a few issues before as well. I won't spend another penny...
Read moreTime: 4pm-4:45pm Sunday November 3rd. I recently visited a specific Popeyes location and had an incredibly frustrating experience that I feel compelled to share. Upon arriving at the drive-thru, there was no one ahead of me, yet I was made to wait in the parking lot for a staggering 30 minutes. Each time I inquired about the delay, the staff would dismissively say "just one more minute," without any clear explanation or sense of urgency. This resulted in several customers behind me becoming frustrated and eventually leaving.
To make matters worse, when it was finally my turn to order, I was informed that they were completely out of several supplies. It was truly baffling that they made us wait for such a long time only to tell us they couldn't serve us.
When I expressed my disappointment and frustration to the staff, instead of offering a sincere apology or attempting to rectify the situation, they simply told us they wouldn't serve us. I was shocked by their unprofessional behavior and lack of empathy towards their customers.
Overall, this experience left a sour taste in my mouth. I expected better service from a well-known fast-food chain like Popeyes. Unfortunately, this specific location failed to meet even the most basic standards of customer service, resulting in wasted time and a complete lack of supplies. It is 5pm this same day as I’m writing this and I am currently at the Popeyes in butler hill, despite my un positive review here I intend to leave a good one there because they At least provide a moving line so far!...

Let me start this off with saying they got my order wrong. I ordered 24 piece of chicken nuggets, they rung me up for a 36 piece. No biggie, I didn't care enough to correct them. This is the part where it gets bad.
They told me to pull up and I did, and then I watched 15+ cars come and go, while I'm still waiting. Eventually I had a young lady approach me and tell me her district manager had her redrop the nuggets. They gave me that excuse 2x. I continued waiting until I got tired of waiting. 35 minutes in total, so I pull back up and wait another 5 minutes for them to figure out how to refund me. Meanwhile 1 of their employees is walking back and forth mean muggin me, like it's MY fault they don't know how to cook chicken nuggets. Then I had your manager walk out of sight with my debit card for a couple minutes as he's trying to learn how to refund me. Will never be back, and I don't recommend anyone else go to this location. I will be following up with my lawyer, if I see any fraudulent charges on my card.
This is what happens when you have kids running restaurants. Trying to be buddy buddy with their coworkers. Your manager is letting employees do whatever tf they want. This restaurant desperately needs some structure, your only saving grace...
